Wawa, Holiday FL

Worst food Wawa has to offer. Everytime I order a toasted bagel they throw it in the microwave and it's rock solid but the time I get to eat it. 5 to 10 minutes Please stop nuking the bagels, can't even eat the thing everytime.

We usually love Wawa. This particular location has serious quality control issues. This is the second time we ordered food and it's just terrible. Missing items in the order, stale bread, stale fries. When I called and spoke with someone over the phone about missing items, she said that we will have to figure it out through the app. Wawa, you shouldn't have sent it out in the first place. This is where a better quality control process would help.

This location needs help.

Do yourself a favor and go to a different Wawa location.

I just had the worst experience at this location. I went in to order some dinner and the line to pay was unusually long so I was like ok they’re busy no big deal. When I finally get to the cashier she did not speak to me or even look at me throughout the whole transaction. Instead her focus was on telling her coworker how “over it” she was with “everyone’s attitude here”. And she was so loud it was the most unprofessional thing I’ve ever seen and I’ve been a manager in customer service for some time. Once the change dispensed I just walked off as she was still complaining and went to pick up my food. They must have been so busy that they were having issues reading the orders off the computer as well since I was missing a few things. Not sure if I caught this place on a bad night or what the situation was but as far as the cashiers go. I really think someone needs to call a meeting to remind their employees that customer service comes before personal problems.

Worst cold brew I’ve ever gotten, I got a mocha cold brew, it took 25 minutes for the cold brew to be made, I’d understand if the dishes were being washed properly, but no, the worker used the same mixer dish over and over, just rinsing it out with water, not to mention had an attitude with anyone that even dared to look at her, for there was 2 people who went to ask her questions and she was just rude and told them to back up, then to make matters worse she made my drink, it was half ice and all foam, barely any coffee, and all that just for it to taste like some cold water, no idea if this is how wawa itself does their cold brews or if this is the employees ignorance, but overall worst experience and for sure avoiding this wawa

I go there only for gas but I appreciate the free air for tires and the clean pumping stations with paper towels as well. Also clean and tidy if you want to wash your windows while you pump you will find fresh fluid to wash and in tact sponges. The staff is friendly too.

I love Wawa but this one is absolutely horrible. The crowd that hangs out front is an uneasy watch your back type of crowd and the management does nothing about this. And to top it off it's the 3rd day w no coffee and it seems to be the same lazy employee. I will drive a little further to the next Wawa for now on. I shouldn't have to since this one is down the road from me. But it sucks. Wawa get it together people

Your employee shorted me 5$ from change from a 100$ bill and I asked if it’s an inconvenience. And there was no lids for the soft drinks.edit: it was last night and I come in every day. Dark hair ponytaill like 9pm

The girls working in the deli around 11 am on September 13th were rude to me and my girl when we were getting a sandwhich. They talked about how we dont know how to order and kept complaining about what we got. Very unprofessional and when they saw me staring over at them they instantly stopped is this the customer service the gm is okay with?

Good bye, to many thiefs and violent bumbs, you let the bumbs run the store and parking area and eat stolen items in the bathroom. I have voiced my concerns for the last time, shame on you, I will take my money elsewhere. The sad part is your overpaid executives will never see or hear of this until someone is physically hurt by your corporate rules and the lack of responsibilty to your paying customers. Shamefull

100% failure rate on food orders for 4 years straight. 100% failure on reading an ingredients list and making a simple salad. Its comical. Literally 100% of the time I can count on my order to be completely botched.

I love this place the people their are awesome. Its a shame that one person can make a difference. This new plant bowl they advertise is a joke at least the way my food was presented by a young woman working there Sunday 850pm. I politely tried to get her attention twice being she was the only service person and she ignored me. I had to yell at her excuse me and she still even then just passed me to the next person. That gentlemen helped me and instead of charging for additional mash which I offered to pay he gave it to me. Well guess what guys? Not only did I not get utensils I didn't get the mash. This is what they gave me for 4.50. Check photo.and I'm making a tip cup for the harworkers there. We work hard to.to pay for our food.

Lady transferred me to a different person. After I ask for corporate office number and the guy was not customer service friendly

Im so glad that WaWa finally made it down to Florida. Fuel up your car and your body in the same stop. Large selection of snacks, custom made drinks and sandwiches, and great coffee all for a fair price keeps me comming back.

I give half a star if I could their management is uneducated assistant managers are very uneducated very rude called in regards to getting a job there and gave me nothing but sass then tried to critique me saying I came off with an attitude when I didn't want to discuss my personal matters with not the manager

Wawa has the best food coffe and staff. They are even vegan and veggitarian friendly. I had a yummy pre made veggie sandwhich the other day.very clean always friendly and always speedy check out. I dont fo anywhere else ever. Unless there is boo wawa nearby

The most tasteless food I've ever had my life.
I noticed that we've had a couple in the area for a while, boy they get nasty disgusting Dirty. And if that's the bathroom and the hallway and the front of the store, I aam concerned what it looks like where I can't see

The staff are always polite, friendly, and ready to help with whatever you need. Good is great.

Wawa itself is 5 stars, I rate it 1 star because of all of the bums and panhandlers that hang out there, I will not let my wife go there by herself, they hang out in the tables in front, they beg for money while you're pumping gas, they are everywhere at the one in Holiday & Pinellas Park, they hog up the restrooms, (junkies), no I don't fell sorry for them and I'm tired of them harassing people in the parking lots & at the pumps.

I had a breakfast hoagie, wasn't too tasty, young lady wrapped sandwich with opening of hoagie facing down from where she taped outside wrapper

Treated me bad I spent 70 a week at mile stretch and 19 the manger accused me of being drunk. I was on my lunch break. I will never go back agian. Or use any other Wawa
