I ordered fries through door dash and they were old and hard. The driver took no time getting here so it's not his fault.

Bums 'R' Us, ice is never working on the soda machines, line is always wrapped around the side of the check up before they decide to open another register, and this location seems to be a secondary parking lot for Amazon delivery vehicles everywhere.

I wish I could give zero stars. I ordered 2 bottles of water through curbside pick up to make my baby’s formula and they took over 30 minutes to bring it out! 2 water bottles! I couldn’t go in because I didn’t want to leave my baby in the car alone.

It is a very good place they have everything you need Gas and food and drinks and cold? Beer's and bag's of ice? And very friendly and awesome and nice service and worker's.

It’s official: I’ll never step in a Wawa again. All stores are understaffed and convenience has gone out of the window. I just ordered a bean and rice bowl with all kind of toppings only to come home to realize I paid $6 for plain rice and beans. Their solution: waste more of my time and come back to get a refund. However, the ticket is not itemized, so I really can’t prove what I ordered. This is not the first time something like this happened. I was informed once by a manager that corporate level doesn’t care. If Wawa doesn’t care about it’s customers, it deserves to fail.

9: 10 PM: Me and Mother was sitting at a table, letting me eat soup, while uncle got fuel. Security guard doing his outside rounds, saw me and mother, and hung out next to the trash can on the other end of the building while keeping an eye on us. That was so nice of him! He even told me "you can use a cup to get ice for your coffee instead of using a drink lid", that's nice but I don't believe in wasting a cup just for a few ice cubes.

SLOWEST WAWA IVE EVER BEEN TOO.only one register open.this wawa might be the new Walmart.
Only go here for gas and pay at pump. You’ll spend 20 minutes inside waiting in line

Very sad state of affairs.this wawa was shutdown 2 weeks ago because of covid.here we are 2 weeks later and many of the staff have masks around their chin. 50% of customers have no masks.they should be shut down by orange county

Makes no difference what time of day I come there is always only 1 cashier a line that wraps around the store and every time its 1 or both drinks/food area shut down!

Kat is an incredible customer service representative! I always come late night after my shifts and she brightens my visit!

Man that blueberry coffee is delicious and at $1 it’s a great deal. I hope Wawa keeps both the blueberry and the $1 coffee! I’ve been every day since I started it

They’re usually the best, I love their sandwiches and salads, always clean and fresh. There’s a very nice lady over there and two guys who work there that are also very helpful.

I went there today got a salad and took 2 dressings thinking dressings are free, I found out on the cashier that only one was free so I told her I’ll just return it, she was like “no you touched it, you can have it” while running after me with an attitude! Lol

This Wawa location is horrible. Constantly getting hit up by bums begging for money and the employees are running rampant and not doing their job or keeping up with anything in the store

Ice cream counter girl was rude and disrespectful and help what I assumed where friends before me when I could see on the screen mine was in the que first. She refused to to talk to me. Awful I will never go back to that Wawa again. I spoke to the manager I hope she let's her go

The clerk scanner wasn't working for my ID. MY card wasn't expire its just the machine wasn't working so she wouldn't sell me anything even though I'm 28

Worst wawa sandwich I ever had sandwich didnt have no meat in it told the manager he did nothing I just had for bread and mayo.smh.wont go back again

Too bad you can't rate it at a zero. Most disgusting Wawa I've ever been too. If you tell an employee the restroom needs attention they just laugh at you. Ignorant people working.

This has by far been the dirtiest Wawa I have ever been to.broken men bathroom toilet with something for days.

This is the worst wawa in orlando. Bums sleep out front. Beer cooler stays locked 24 hours and back entrance stays locked as well. Dont see how your going to open a business in a area like this and keep half ur business shut down rather that hire a security guard and keep your doors open. Orlando police station is about a mile away. Just because area is rough, doesn’t mean your store has to be rough too. Employees are fine this is more of a management to owner issue that needs to be addressed.

At this location, expect to wait at least 10 minutes before you get your food
Bounch of homeless people outside asking for money, I only stop there if I have no other choice,
