They are very gentle, and if you are a first-timer, they make u really comfortable. I forgot my wax lady name. Hopefully, they will comment back and let me know who she was. 20/10 for everything

I am a college student and found this place while I am in the area. I always book with Charlsie, she is the best! She goes above and beyond to ensure that you are happy with the end result and truly takes care of you. I have been waxing for a while so I am comfortable with the pain but there is hardly any. She is so good about ensuring the comfort that you just get into a conversation and always laughing. The wax is over before you even know it! It is always clean and inviting in the area when I walk in. They have a very nice room for you to go to and even a nice neck pillow. Everything there is catered to the person's comfort even the music on in the background! I highly recommend this place if it is your first time getting a wax or if you are looking for a new place.
If not WAXLAB, then WHERE? !
I have been a customer for 3 years now and we (me & my girl) LOVE Crislyn! She gets us together! Every time! She has always had an amazing team of pleasant and helpful staff members! She has spoiled me over the years so I haven’t had much of anyone else to experience but if it’s WAXLAB, it’s EVERYTHING! Yes, you should try it! Don’t think twice.
Had an absolutely wonderful experience with Lex and Crislyn yesterday. It was my first wax but definitely won’t be my last!
This is my first time getting waxed here and Ill say this is the only place Ill ever go to. I had Morgan today and even though I was the last client for the day she didn’t rush through anything and made me feel very taken care of. Not to mention I tend to be a bit awkward meeting people but she was great to talk to and very funny. Overall was a great experience and Morgan did an amazing job!
