WCI at Cordoba by Lennar, Lutz FL

We purchased the last home specifically sold by WCI and were given an opportunity to buy our dream home on 3/4 acre lot. We love the details and accept the issues that time brings. Living in an executive level home brings financial needs that cheaper homes would not need however the peace and quiet are awesome and the quality of the materials inside the homes is second to none in the area. We have looked around and there is nothing like this elsewhere.

We recently purchased a home in Cordoba Estates. Carlo Torres who represents the builder, did an excellent job. We have really taken our time checking into the property for nearly a year now. Carlo was very professional and extremely helpful providing us with the information we needed, which helped us make a decision. He was very patient and knowledgeable. Based on what we were looking for, he helped us find the perfect house which checked all the boxes for my family.

Had to change my review to a 1 after finding out the truth about WCI. If you’re thinking about moving into a Lennar community- think again! They will tell you whatever you want to hear, just to get you to sell you a home!

Recently visited Córdoba Estates in search of a new home and Carlo was very welcoming and knowledgeable on the neighborhood! Love the large lot size! Hopefully this will be our new neighborhood!

This neighborhood is very elegant and distinct versus others in the area. Carlo T.was very helpful and knowledgeable about the area and neighborhood. Thanks Carlo, we will be buying!

Music ok. Look for a church that is not a number. People not real friendly. Not a place for me to put my feet.

BEWARE! Beautiful community, wonderful neighbors! The home building/buying process here was a NIGHTMARE! Took 14 months to build our house. We have been in the house for 8 months and still lots of broken promises. They will tell you anything to get you to buy a home but it is all empty promises. We were told there was a 2/3 replication rule regarding the model and elevation and paint schemes, yet they are building a home exactly like ours directly across the street. We were told that after a certain number of the same model was built, they would retire the model. Nope. They just keep building the same model and elevation all over the community. So, if you want to live in a cookie cutter neighborhood, you found the place!

Living here for over 2 years.
Horrible construction quality.
Roof leaks, stucco cracks, foundation cracks, windows falling down, awful septic system issue with ongoing monthly expense, electric issues!

Builders changed 4 times already.
Crooks in sales office and warranty.poor security, trespassers, teenagers breaking street lights, drag racing, broken amenities, horrible!

The residents are busy covering these things up become they worry about scaring new buyers and losing their home value.

Beware!
