I took a class hot class with Erika. She was very clear in her instructions and practiced with us while delivering the instructions.
I also like the studio because they have three showers and the floor and the yoga? Room is very clean and sanitary because it’s not the typical Bikram carpet it’s more of a rubber mat material.

Best deal around! Where else can you go to get an amazing workout, mindful meditation and genuine class camaraderie? This studio has changed my life.
