We used Gilly to remove some plant shelves/soffits in our kitchen prior to having cabinets replaced. She was very detailed in her work and made sure we were satisfied with the work when she was done. Great job.

We initially hired them to repaint the interior of our home, repair drywall, install lighting fixtures/chandeliers, install toilets and shower doors, along with other miscellaneous electrical and plumbing repairs. They were flexible and worked with our schedule and they showed up early and worked late when needed. They found and fixed so many things we didn’t even know were issues until they pointed them out.

I was really hoping I would have a good experience with this company. I reached out to Gillie for a quote on a project, and got a quick response. We decided to complete that project ourselves (it was just installing some floating shelves), but when we decided to do some larger projects, I reached out again to get a quote. At first they were responsive and asked some follow-up questions, but when it came time to actually send us a quote and get on the schedule, they completely ghosted and stopped responding. I personally don't understand this level of unprofessionalism- if you don't want to do the project, why not just respond and say it is not a good fit? Why ghost a customer that is trying to give you business? Extremely disappointing, especially from a company that seemingly has great reviews.
