We Cycle Key West Bike Rental ( New Town )

We Cycle’s staff equipped us with reasonably-priced cruiser-style bikes for an excellent KW bicycling experience. The bikes were safe, comfortable, and well-tuned upon receiving them. The tires were full and the seat adjustments worked easily and without trouble. Also, the helmets provided were of very high quality. Oliver and the crew were responsive; having these bikes allowed our five days in KW to be totally car-free but we could easily navigate this small island to go anywhere quickly, conveniently, and with the best views. Please note: these bicycles did not have built-in rain protection or rear-mounted cannons for fending off pickup truck pirates. However you should feel comfortable knowing that it is impossible to run over jackalopes with We Cycle’s highly-recommended key kruisers.

The reservation system and delivery to our hotel was completely hiccup free. As a customer, the experience could not have been any better.

Incredibly convenient and reasonably priced place to rent bikes in Key West! Travelled with a very large group and they had no problem splitting the bill for us and accommodating to our requests. Highly recommend!

We had some broken spokes and took the bike in and within 30 minutes they made new spoke and installed them. Great service and lots of good gear to buy along with a new bike!

This place is going downhill as far as repairs. Brought a bike in and asked for a tune up of the pedals and chain because they were all rusty and bike tubes filled. They gave me the bike back without so much as spraying the chain. Pedals seized up on me on the first ride. Was charged for a light tune up. Taking it to Eaton bikes from now on, even though I live on Stock.

Very professional. Great service. We rented the Connondale Treadwell bikes and they were fantastic. The bikes were dropped off at and picked up from our condo at no extra charge. These people know their business. Good communication and good pricing are a bonus. I highly recommend We Cycle for the Key West area.

We have rented through We Cycle a few times now and their customer service is awesome. Always willing to help, price is good, and will deliver. Side note; you can return to either location if you ride downtown and need to catch a ride back.

Dropped off an older bike they said they would be able to have it done in three days it took one day and the work that they did was great and reasonable too thanks guys

I was being incredibly impulsive on Saturday of Fantasy Fest, feeling deep in my mom life that I had to do something to get out of the house & down town with a toddler was likely frowned upon (and didn’t sound like an ounce of fun). I got to the shop on Stock Island later than intended but the guys made it happen. I was out of there in 40 minutes with a bike & baby seat, baby helmet, and help to get it in my car. I was able to make dinner then take my dude on a sunset ride that night. I am so so so incredibly grateful they were so kind to help & not be annoyed I kept them let. My mental health needed that ride tonight, thank you Lazaro!

Not sure where to start. These guys are beyond amazing. They helped with a restore I was doing on an older bunch bike. They upgraded the bike with new electric motor and battery kit. They are a bunch bike dealer so getting all the parts and making them work was easy. They installed new tires and cleaned up the bike quite a bit! I am super happy with the service and everyone on their team who helped me. Thanks guys! Thanks for the shirt!

Had a lot of fun renting the bikes came with locks and all. The beach cruiser had baskets in the front to help hold things huge plus. The staff was very helpful in everything from letting us know safe parking areas to other tips. A must have and do in the lower Keys, FL.

I can understand why people would think the employee's may have an attitude. They always look serious but that's besides the point, long as the service comes out great that's all that matters. It was only 23 to fix an inner tube that kept leaking air. Not the worst in prices coming down the keys. It only took the guy less than 10 minutes. Fast work, really liked the end results. Bought me a mounting light from them and it's also great.

Great to do business with. Bikes were waiting for us upon arrival to Key West.

The Stock Island store is amazing. Never had a bad experience here. Shout out for Tony. He fixed my road bike and added some accessories, in and out 1/2 hour. Surprisingly inexpensive.

$10 a day for bikes. Great deal and a great way to see the island. Helmet and locks are included with your rental.

These guys saved our vacation when our tire popped in an evening we were able to stop when the store opened at 9: 00 a.m. And have it fixed by 9: 10 thanks for being such great service people

They are a medium sized shop, limited selection of gear, but super friendly and helpful. Glad I stopped in.
