Went there hoping to save personal data from my damaged phone.and I did! Thank you Gaeldesh for being patient and taking the time to listen and solve my problem! I learned something new and at a great price!

I seen them on groupon and purchased. Horrible decision had an appointment at 11: 30 spoke to someone at 11: 20am telling me that they’ll be coming shortly. At noon still no arrival I even went ahead and called them again. They then told me that they’re operations were shut down. I was so confused cause I was now being told 2 different things. Horrible promo. Don’t fall for it.

Broke my iPhone and it was still on below the black screen but still beeping when I receive texts. I made it worse trying a hard reset.it was probably stuck in recovery mode and bece not responsive at all. I had no backup as it was the first iPhone I bought in 2018.had lots of important documents on it.tried repair shops in Texas and Florida and nobody did anything other than replace the screen and it still didn’t work.only Daniel said buy another identical phone and we’ll put your motherboard in the chassis and solve the problem.
I came back more than a month later after finding an identical phone (regardless of GBstorage) and they did just that.with his colleague Juan. I had watched YouTube videos about the operation and it’s like a surgery.requires delicacy and skill and I knew they were confident doing it, which is why I never gave up and went back.
I retrieved super important docs and chats that I needed for work and personal reasons.

These guys are the best, make sure to take their number!
You can tell they were pleased it worked, almost as much as I was, and it was just 30 bucks!

Second time I went to repair my iPhone, I think they gave good repair service and used good phone parts. What I DO NOT LIKE is the waiting, after I paid, they always said come back in in 45 min to one hour, but after the hour I have to wait long time for they to do the job, yesterday I went to fix my screen phone, I paid 9: 05 am, I went back about 10: 35 am and I got my phone back after 11am. They post in Google business hours that they will be open on Thanksgiving day, I went on Thursday and the store was closed, me and my friend knocked on the door, but no one was there.

Brought my phone to get the battery replaced, it had some water damage but it was dried and working enough. After I got it back, it would not charge when plugged it, so I pretty much paid them money to make my phone worse, the water damage being a great and convenient excuse. They’re nice people and all, I just wish they had turned me away instead of making my situation worse.

DO NOT LEAVE ANY ITEM HERE TO BE FIXED! They destroyed an apple product I left to be fixed. First it took 2 weeks longer to be fixed and they totally destroyed it. You have to pay before they fix it so there is no comeback. You lose the product and the money! A double loss. Do not take any product here to be fixed. They will just totally rip you off and not care.

Wasn’t happy with the experience I was provided with. Not only did I not get air Apple certified screen, my phone does not work half the time when touching my password when calling people and my face authorization is not working whatsoever at all! Extremely upset

Service was excellent my phone screen was fixed in under 10 minutes! Jeremias and Andrea were absolutely amazing! Will definitely recommend to anyone who needs their phone fixed!

We needed a new battery for an old iPhone that is not longer connected to Internet, but is a wonderful compact alarm clock.the Batteries+ guy quickly found that they had it in stock, but initially said it would take a half hour to change. That was too long for us and we were preparing to leave and come back another day. Before we could get away, he came running out with new battery installed. We paid and proceeded on our way.

Excellent customer service, and a one-hour repair time! The replacement glass on my iPhone, however, is noticeably less bright than the original, no matter how I set brightness, so I can't give five stars.

We find it very honest sincere and professional courteous and prompt service. We went in looking for a small battery ended up spending over $150 because of the good service

Made an appointment online to replace completely cracked cellphone screen. Arrived on time at
5: 00 pm and was attended by technician Sean. He checked out the phone, explained what would be done, told me it would be ready by 6: 00 pm. I left to do some errands and returned about 6: 30. The phone was ready, working, and looked great. Sean was very personable, knowledgable, answered my questions, explained things well. I was very impressed with his care and service. Because I made an appointment online I also received $10.00 off the regular price! I was 100% happy with my experience.
