We Fix It Phone Repair, Jacksonville FL

Went in to replace my iPhone screen and was told they wouldn’t get to it on the day I brought it in. The next day I had to call them and ask about my phone instead of getting any call back. As I got there the employee told me the phone was bent and the screen won’t seat and told me he can put the old cracked screen back on. I left and went somewhere else and they got the screen seated. Would not recommend them because it seems as though they have other things that are more important than screen replacement.

Most personable and accommodating staff. Oh…of course the iPhone battery was successfully replaced. I learned that, if more than one case-opening repair is needed, one of the repairs would have been discounted. A logical policy.

Went in to get the screen replaced on my iPhone 7+, less than 30 minutes later Anthony was already done. Great, speedy service. I don't want to break another screen, but if I do, I know where I'm going.

They replaced the battery in my iPad Air. Price was good (less than the Apple Store), the battery was in stock and I had my iPad back and working fine in less than 24 hours. Competent and knowledgeable staff, excellent store.

The salesman was knowledgeable and friendly, also extremely helpful. He answered all questions and took the time to help me. I would recommend this store to all of my friends. A great place - they also have just about anything you need in terms of batteries or bulbs - and other items as well!

They had the correct screen in stock and repaired my iPhone quickly and efficiently. Better price than competitors and I got a $10 discount for scheduling an online appointment for the repair.
