We Rock the Spectrum Boca Raton

This is a wonderful place to go for kids with autism and any kind of special needs. The woman at the counter was so lovely I called ahead and she explained everything to me in detail and gave me a first time discount I will saw y we had a blast there is a rock wall a trampoline a calming room basketball hoops to jump on crash pads toys the list goes on and on. I would say the only downfall in the entire visit was I felt the place needed a good cleaning not to say it was dirty or filthy but I did see everything needed a good scrub and that will happen when you have kids running around playing all day. But overall I will be back my son had a wonderful time everyone was friendly and we had a amazing play day!

Really great place but I wish they were open a little later. They are only open until 5 and usually closed on the weekend for parties so it’s difficult for working parents to actually find a time to go. My daughter loves this place and I wish we could take her more often.

Absolutely great place for all kids but especially special needs kids. My autistic 3yo loves it, my 7yo daughter doesn’t seem to enjoy it as much anymore. The facility is beautiful and clean with lots of things for the kids to do. The only con I have to say are the birthday packages. It’s almost $500 for a 2hr party (only 1hr and 15 minutes of open play, seems like a huge ripoff… at least 2 hours of play should be included). Not to mention that additional party time is $100 per HALG hour.crazy.

Absolutely disgusting, everything was dirty and smelly, some of the machines were broken, the bathrooms are not clean, and no air conditioning worst indoor play spot I’ve ever been too

The facilities are great, trampoline, climbing wall, lots of things to do. A young guy working there was very nice. But it was a huge bummer that during a birthday party, one hour in they rushed everyone into the food room, and then didn’t allow kids to RE-enter the play area. I wanted to distract my kid from cake eating since he hasn’t been introduced to sugar yet and imagine my surprise to see ziplocks on the play area gate. For the next hour the guests were crammed into the small food room and kids were crying trying to get back to play. We went to birthday parties in Rock the Spectrum in Davie before and always went back to the play area so this was a very unpleasant surprise

This place is so cute and has so many different types of things to entertain kids of all ages. There's climbing, jumping, swinging and so much more. Will for sure be coming back!

Great place to bring you kids from toddler up to 6 years of age for fun activities to play on and run around.

Up until now I would give five stars. We showed up yesterday during regularly scheduled hours and were turned away. We were told that over the weekend they booked a private party so therefore we couldn’t enter until 12 o’clock. How do you explain to your two toddlers that they’re not allowed into the playground that you’ve been promising them to go to? When we asked why they would do that during regularly scheduled hours they said it was a last minute deal and that they posted it on their website. I’m pretty technically savvy but I don’t check a website every time I’m going to go to a store or event during regularly scheduled hours. Terrible way to run a business.

Great place but the hours a trash. Close on mondays and open on Saturday instead when people can actually go there

I hosted my daughter's 4th birthday party at WRTS last month. At first the young lady (Attendant) was very nice and helpful. Im not sure what happened half way through the party but her attitude completely changed. She became impatient, unpleasant and very passive aggressive. BTW we were only provided 1 attendant although I thought 2 would have been more appropriate. Maybe she became overwhelmed with the children however that's no excuse given the type of establishment that it is. I had some children there with special abilities which she wouldn't have known being that children with special abilities do not have "a look". She was very unpleasant with them when they were wondering around. She had an attitude with some of the children who were attempting to help her clean up (which is what they were taught to do) snapping at them and ordering them to STOP. It was very embarrassing being that parents noticed and were not happy with her unpleasant attitude. The facility it's self is very nice, the kiddos loved it, there is alot to do and something for almost everyone to enjoy, but it is a bit pricey. I was willing to pay so my daughter could enjoy her birthday, but what I did not agree to pay for was an unpleasant attendant. They fact that there's a schedule you're forced to adhere to make the entire party feel SO rushed. Some of the children did not want to eat but were still forced to leave the play area to go into the party room. If I pay for 2.5 hours, I should have access to the entire facility for 2.5 hours. I wouldn't mind the schedule, but it makes no sense that once the children transition to the party room, they CANNOT reenter the gym (play area). Explain that to a 2 year old. Anyhow if multiple people are complaining about the same things, then maybe some changes are in order.
