One of your agents were the agent for the buying side of the unit I was renting. (The buyer was a relative of your agent). She was extremely unprofessional and sneaky, for example she always made someone else call me when she could not get the answers she wanted to get from me. They made the offer to the unit that I was renting 6 months into my lease and destroyed my life in this economic turmoil. They bought the market top (LOL) and she was telling me that "we are at great times, do not worry I'll help you rent an apartment", as if that was my first rodeo, LOL. I am a full time trader and this woman tells me it is a great time to buy or rent (These little details tell a lot about her ethical values). The most important part is that they seem honest but the agent was not fully honest, and made extremely disrespectful requests. I already started a case in small claims court with the new landlord for withholding my deposit more than 15 days, but I just wanted share my experience with one of their shady agents.
