Weisner Insurance Network, Seminole FL

I have been a customer for 20 plus years. When you have someone who prays for you and takes care of all your insurance needs you have a true Rock star. They have been there for every situation from teenage drivers to down sizing.

Weisner is OK, but Heritage needs a little help. Home ins was the issue. Called about my premium being too high. Was asked to get a roof inspection to see if a lower premium would result. I received at least 4 different qoutes. From the same carrier!

Valerie is amazing! She was there at every step of the of the process and responded to emails very quickly. If you are looking for insurance you need to go talk to her!

I called to ask about very high monthly cost of $293, for our car insurance on 2 old cars, 2007 and 2010. Spoke to Nicole for the first time in my dealings with Weisner. She seemed reluctant, but would check for lower cost. Wouldn't let me finish my sentences. Impatiently interrupting, over talking me. Previously, Valerie was willingly helpful, always.
After Nicole's checking, I am grateful to say that my car insurance dropped $177, to $116 per month. By changing companys, with equal coverage.
Now, I can't help but wonder how long I had paid this higher amount unnecessarily and why is it my agents did not look for better for me, at least on anniversary date. If I had not called to ask them to check for cheaper car ins my cost would continue to be $293 per month.
Valerie worked very well for me to have better cost on my flood insurance. Will continue with them bc of her previous service. Nicole could learn to listen better and the company should initiate a biannual checkup of clients cost, without clients prompting, to be sure of best cost for insurance products.

Valerie was very helpful and personable. Out of all the quotes I received she gave me the best price for what I wanted as far as limits go compared to other insurance agencies who did not even compare to the service I received from Valerie. Including the inspector she recommended who was amazing as well and got a copy of our inspection to her as well as my husband and I. I definitely would recommend.

Scott Ryan did an amazing job finding us insurance at a reasonable price. His response time is excellent! Great customer service, so happy we switched from Brown Insurance to Weisner.
