My son has been a patient here since he was born. Five and a half years later, we are still happy with the doctors and all the staff. We’ve had nothing but stellar experiences!

The staff is amazing! Love how they know you and they try their best to help with anything your child needs.

I go to the Maitland location. The entire staff is amazing and extremely kind. They are super easy to work with. The front desk is on top of everything. They give you clear appointment reminders which is super helpful for new moms. Our newborn son absolutely loves the medical staff. He went to a different pediatrician first and cried the whole time. Thankfully, we made a quick decision and switched to this practice and he doesn't even cry when they care for him. He even smiled for the doctor! They guide you carefully and offer advice anytime you need it. So thankful to know our son is in great hands and has a permanent, wonderful pediatrician!

First visit was awesome! I'll update as time progresses. The doctor is very personable and awesome with the kids as well as the adults. Staff was perfect as well!

Horrible front desk service! I called multiple times last week and left a message. No return call. Then today they finally pick up and put me on hold. I wait about 12 minutes on hold only to them come back and say they are going to lunch and will call me when they get back. If they are this incompetent when I just trying to make an appointment, I will not trust them to care for my children. They probably won't even call me back but if they do, I will not be scheduling anything with them.

Excellent attention, Dr. Carascerro is excellent and gives great attention. Everyone is so kind and friendly and you don’t feel rushed at any time. I highly recommend this place as it is a great place for your child and they also give great advice.

I can not say enough good things about all of the lovely ladies in this office.
My children's PCP is Dr. Carrasquero. I am so thankful to have found her. She is thorough & I never feel rushed through the appointment. She always has time to listen to my questions & concerns. She has a wonderful disposition & my kids love her. We have also seen a couple other doctors for sick visits & they have also been great.
The nurses here are magnificent. They are so sweet with my children & do a great job communicating my kid's needs to the doctor. They are always gentle even when having the terrible task of giving a child a shot.
Lastly the office staff is fantastic. They are wonderful at returning phone calls and have always been able to get my sick kid in for a last minute appointment. They are always so friendly and helpful on the phone and in person. If you are looking for a pediatrician I would highly recommend this office.

Doctor Carrasquero is the Best I really appreciate everything she does for my kids. We came from Hawaii and move to Deltona and we drove all the way down to Altamonte just for her bc she had the quality time, the dedication the patience, the charisma plus the professionalism that I was looking for my children. We are very Thankful for her and her office Team. Thanks Dr. Carrasquero we love u

Love them and so do my kids! They treat us like we are family. They all listen to what I have to say and help in any way possible! I would never go anywhere else!

I moved back to Florida out of state and I'm a first time mom. Initially, I was apprehensive about my infant getting a new doctor but my anxieties have subsided while working alongside Wekiva Springs Pediatrics for my child's well-being. This location is timely with scheduling sick appointments or follow up appointments after ER visits. We've never had any discrepancies with scheduling or long wait times, or medication retrieval from our pharmacy.

However, we also surpassed a few hiccups, glitches, if you will, in the beginning with feeling rushed by the first doctor we worked with here. I have yet to meet Dr. Luisa Carrasquero, my child's assigned PCP, and if you don't ask, they don't give you any unnecessary paperwork outside of your child's health updates.

As far as location, cleanliness, a welcoming atmosphere and professionalism of the staff, I would give this location 10 stars! There's sometimes minor issues but not anything unrealistic of a parent's concern for their child and the staff work as a team to ensure we leave completely satisfied, even on sick/shot appointment days. I feel my baby, toddler now, has received optimal health services and I love his new doctor here! She's very welcoming and understanding!

The doctor is great but be prepared to wait forever. It seems no matter what time your appointment you will wait at least an hour.

The staff is rude and unhelpful. They don't seem to listen to you when you talk to them and are very impatient and quick to make a decision. The doctor does what she needs to do and leaves without much conversation. My wife and I took our baby elsewhere after our second visit. Terrible.

Love the doctors and the staff.they are always so pleasant and accommodate my appointments around my crazy schedule.

(MUST READ ALL) I WOULDN'T recommend this pediatric office to anyone. I have 4 kids and it's extremely hard to get an appointment not even with one of my kids under 103.2 of fever with a couple weeks of being born, yet if I do get an appointment they contact me that the doctor has to leave early and I end up getting cancelled over and over again. They fail to send prescriptions to the pharmacy and they always have an excuse for every single screw up they do. I work for a medical office AND I KNOW WHAT QUALITY CARE IS especially when at times patients should be prioritize.we as parents we put our trust on these doctors that never seem to be available. Don't bring your kid here THEY'LL MOST LIKELY REFERE you to an after hour like they ALWAYS did to us being a parent of 4 they wouldn't even accommodate me on one visit to bring them all at ones like really! Instead they love to inconvenience everyone everytime. I'm a one man running this show (form of expression) it would be nice for them to help a mother out rather then always wanting me to schedule on different dates to bring her kids for the same flu shot they could provide the same day, thats time off work that I don't need. You would think they would make it easy on you, well not this office. They also said my son had ADHD I took him to get a second opinion and it was bullcrap. They'll do whatever to misdiagnosed our kids to keep them coming back over and over again! OF COURSE LETS DRAIN THAT INSURANCE, BE AWARE AND PLEASE BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU BRING YOUR KIDS TO THIS OFFICE.

I've been taking my 19 month old son here since his very first check-up. They are great at getting you in on short notice. The staff is super friendly and my son loves them! I don't have a single complaint.

I can't never get an appointment being that my son is in and out the hospital.the staff is rude! Just for that they've lost 3 patients!

By far the best pediatrics in central Florida. The staff is amazingly kind and attentive. The doctors are considerate and take their time with you.

She's been caring for my boy on the Autism Spectrum for almost 3 years. She has an awesome staff.
