Rob and his company are extraordinary! I live in Georgia, but a dear elderly friend asked for my help to make her home more secure in Ocala. I reached out to Rob, after seeing his reviews, and my entire experience was beyond expectations. He was extremely knowledgeable and communicated all features clearly. Rob, was great and attentive to all the alarm details. Bryan was a good listener, during the alarm installation and gave good recommendations.

Installing technician Bryan completed our install within 3 hours and provided the most in depth review after the installation that made sense to my wife and I. My experience with Rob was great!
He is a true professional who takes pride in the service he provides to his customers. I was able to call him and have him patiently explain things to me he had already explained a few times before. He always returned my calls and calls back when he says he will. Customer satisfaction is his primary concern.
Mark did the installation of our equipment, he too was very patient, explained the same things multiply times without getting frustrated with us.
I would give both Rob and Mark an A+ grade for professionalism.

Great working with Rob he did a wonderful job great pricing and did our installation very quickly. If we have a question he is always available to assist.

Rob was amazing with response time and scheduling. Called him around 4 pm and he was in our living room a few hours later. Brian arrived as promised next day right on time with a smooth install. Can’t wait to receive our commercial style security exterior camera’s next week. These guys are seriously educated at what they do. Called Rob to get a security system. Very happy with everything and the service. He stopped to see if we had any issues. He showed me how to get the medical service called which was a biggie for me.

Rob was amazing. He provided same day service on a Saturday to get us set up with our security system. He was thorough and knowledge about all the products and provided us with what was best for our home. He was able to offer us a great price on our package. Installation was a breeze. The technician did a clean job installing our products.
It's been a month since install and we are happy with our system. Very high end and great technology, easy to learn and many features included. If looking for security system this is the way to go.

Rob did an excellent job explaining ways to ensure our home was safe. He explained the equipment we would be getting and all costs involved. He gave us a great deal on our system with no hidden fees. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a home security system.

Rob Welch personally came out after we’ve had the system 6 months to fix the front door sensor even though the warranty follow up is usually at 3 months, he put a screw in the front door sensor so it won’t fall down. He also walked me through how to set up the controls since I got a new phone since the original security set up, which was very kind. Quick, professional & efficient!
