I was having a lot of mental health issues, low energy, brain fog, and digestive issues. I’m sick and tired of the system treating me as a number, Big Pharma profiting off of my illness by pushing prescriptions that do more damage than actually help. I was looking up functional medicine doctors (with D. O. Not M. D.). I found Welcome to Wellness right here in St Cloud. I submitted the appointment request online. The very same day I got call PERSONALLY from Dr Renee asking when is a good day and time. Filled out a few health forms that shared primarily what im dealing with.

The day I walked in, she welcomed me with water, and we started to review my forms together and discuss my issues. I got a stool test ordered and labwork to see specifically what’s going on. This took a few weeks to complete and get results, but Dr Renee always kept in touch, including frequent text messages that give you a real sense of support - someone you can trust hands down.

As a precursor, I just got laid off from work when I started to see her. She was absolutely compassionate and understanding, willing to work with me on paying for the services and tests.

Once I got the results, we sat down to review together. She was thorough, precise, and made sure I understood what she was saying. She made sure I didn’t leave with any questions on the results and plan.

For me, I had to make changes to my diet (gluten seriously has no health benefits), and start taking supplements. The specific regimen tailored to ME has so far been incredible. Some of the symptoms already started to subside because she addressed the ROOT CAUSE TO PREVENT NOT TREAT THE SYMPTOMS.

One last thing - Doc Renee is authentic. Quite frankly the best doctor I have ever seen in my 42 years young. I am so grateful for Dr Renee Boccio. I had a unique medical history and found it difficult to find a health care provider who would truly listen to what I was saying and experiencing. Dr. Boccio helped my trigeminal neuralgia make a 180 degree improvement! I was less reliant upon oral medication with all of the side effects they come with within 48 hours of my first treatment for this condition. I am so grateful to have Dr Renee as a resource for my family. I started seeing her when I was 37 weeks pregnant. I wanted to make sure my body was as ready as it could be for delivery and that I was in alignment. I had been doing yoga, stretching & pelvic floor exercises in my third trimester, but I definitely think seeing Dr Renee helped me to have a smooth and easily delivery! I quickly referred my husband to her after going just once for help with his back, neck, and inflammation. She has helped him lose over 20 pounds and has helped release tension to help him with his posture and therefor pain. We also now both bring our 12 week old daughter to Dr Renee and it helps her immensely with digestion and head positioning. She was favoring one side and that has gotten so much better after one visit. I am grateful to have her as a healing resource in my postpartum journey, and love taking my whole family there. I came to see Dr. Renee in May after a friend recommended her to me. I couldn’t find a doctor who would listen to anything that was wrong with me. It was SO refreshing to have someone who sat with me for 1.5 hours and listened to everything. I was exhausted, I was battling 16 year old acne again. I’m almost 32. After failed attempts to my primary, OB/GYN, and other specialists…. Dr. Renee HEARD ME. I had a hysterectomy early in life (I’m only 35) I have endometriosis. Even after all of that I was still having issues/pain. And every doc wanted to shove steroids and opioids down my throat. Until Dr. Renee. We did a stool test first thing. Found a bunch of gut issues and now I am on the proper Herbal & vitamin Supplements for me! Working on Gut Health is first and foremost her top concern. Then she dives into getting you centered and aligned. Love her and will continue to recommend her to everyone. Try her out 1x and you’ll be hooked.

I was referred to Dr. Renee after a motor vehicle accident. I wasn’t sure how a Chiropractor “without the crack” could help to align my bones.
