Good, except I didn’t know saying yes to being told my eyebrows need to be trimmed (less than 60 sec to do) automatically adds $10. Not too thrilled with that.

Back here first time in maybe 10 months? Re signed up for membership.

Ayman cut my 4 yr old son's hair and did an awesome job! He even styled it and my son loved it! He was very patient and worked quickly. Will definitely be back.

2nd time I have used the Well Groomed Gentleman. 1st time was charged an additional $9.00 for trimming eye brows, never had this happen in other barber shops. Was not told about the add on cost until was at the cashier.
Took my son to have his haircut and requested Betty give him a normal cut. In the end she styled it differently and the cut is uneven. Now have to take him to another barbershop to correct the poor cut. Will most likely cancel the membership.

Ayman was an amazing barber! Gave me exactly what i wanted and was so friendly, I wont be cutting my hair with anyone else from now on!

Only the fifth time I’ve gone here to cut my haircut. Again I’m happy with how it turn out. The barber understood what I wanted. Also she put in what she thought was the right cut for me as well. I trusted her. I love this place. They take their time cutting your hair. It’s not like 1,2,3 that’s it. I don’t think you get the quality haircut by rushing. Can’t wait to come back again. Edited 12/14/22: The manager Sarah contacted me today and addressed my concerns with the pricing of long and layered hair. She informed me that they won't be charging extra for scissor cut in the future and that she also was kind enough to offer my next cut complimentary. I also work in hospitality and I truly appreciate management that listens to feedback and trys to keep their clientele happy and coming back. Thank you for giving me a reason to stay loyal to Well Groomed Gentleman.

Edited 12/13/22: After coming here consistently for over 3 years I now have to reconsider whether I will be back. The shop is now under New Management and they have raised the prices for a simple trim with scissors from $45 to $85. My stylist Yuly is excellent as always. She kindly explained to me before my session began that the new management had raised the price for anything that is not a buzz cut or fade by $40. The type hair I have does not do well with those styles of cuts. Never in my life have I been told that simply because my barber or stylist needs to use scissors instead of clippers they need to charge me almost double the regular price. Most barber shops or salons offer the option of a trim which is typically lower in cost than a full haircut. It's hard to continue going here despite the excellent service when I can simply walk down the street and get the same trim for the price I used to pay. Please reconsider this new policy as I'm sure you will lose customers.

I've been going here for almost 2 years now. No matter which barber I go to the cut is immaculate. I highly recommend the shop for a person that cares on how they look and isn't afraid on how they spend. You also get great service as well as a drink of your choice.

Wow. What a discovery. Should have looked for this long ago. There is a way for a man to keep fully groomed from head to toe, each month, so you always look your maximum best, and not break your wallet. Get the monthly plan. It’s exceedingly affordable, slightly more than a regular haircut alone, and you get everything else included.
Shave, hot lather, cuts, etc.
There is also a bar, coffee, tea, and a very courteous staff.
If you want to enjoy a little affordable luxury while pampering your soul, you must come here.

I went in yesterday for a spa day my wife gave me for Christmas. Haircut, shave, hair and beard die, nose and ear hair removal, mani pedi. The experience was great at the location but around 7 pm my face and head started swelling and blistering to the point I went to Baptist emergency to get checked out this morning I was prescribed 4 meds including steroids to treat the burns. I reached out to them in the morning to let them know just in case the product was faulty they said to come back and offered me a reimbursed. 1st time this happens to me at a men’s grooming place. Unfortunately a bad experience for me…

Hair stylist was great. Store was well kept.
I think it is criminal to charge $15.00 extra to trim eyebrows and ears. Every shop I’ve been to in the past it was included.

Yuly was amazing! I was really worried about having a pedicure done due to my feet appearance and she made the experience so comforting.will definitely come back more often
