WellHome Parkside Vacation Home at Windsor Hills Resort, Kissimmee FL

Great house and great hosts! So clean and comfortable! Reillys definitely be renting this again!

Our family recently had the opportunity to vacation in this home and it was FABULOUS! We were hesitant to spend the extra money for a private house versus something smaller, but it was worth every penny! We’ve never vacationed or lived in a place with a private pool and it was a game changer. As much as we enjoyed the water park/community pool (and appreciated how close of a walk it was) we actually spent more time in our private pool. Note: having a 2 year old my wife was very nervous about having a pool BUT because of the safety/alarm system we never had to worry about the 2 year old getting out without us knowing. That helped alleviate a lot of stress.

Beyond just being a spacious house (5 bedrooms, each with their own bathroom), it was evident the owners went above and beyond with attention to details to make the experience even more enjoyable/set it apart from others in the resort. Some examples include but are not limited to: lights around the back yard that are solar powered which give a nice ambiance in the evenings, one of the master bedrooms was extended making it more spacious, one of the bedrooms has an extensive pirate theme that our boys loved, the garage has been converted into a game room (with AC) that has pool & air hockey (for free), a game closet is available to rent board games & other items (we were happy to play Catan), a whole beach kit (chairs, wagon, towels), and the kitchen was well stocked with plenty of cookware, a blender, multiple means of making coffee, etc.

Another aspect of this house that we loved was because of it’s location we didn’t have anybody behind us. Walking around the neighborhood and seeing the many houses backed up to one another we realized what a nice extra benefit this was.

We highly recommend this house and are hoping to make it a regular part of our future vacations!

It was really awesome! If you are considering renting a vacation home. Rent this one! The only negative was the vacation didn't last long enough. There was nothing we could say that was bad. We had an amazing time. The house exceeded our expectations and everyone had a blast. It was spacious, had more than enough bathrooms, the game room was a plus and we spent every night in the pool!

You will enjoy every second of your vacation!

Amazing experience overall. Super clean home, great amenities and excellent location. The owner was very helpful and was available for all of our questions. We enjoyed our long memorial day weekend creating lifelong family memories here. I strongly recommend renting this home for your next vacation.

Best vacation home/spot I’ve experienced so far! The house has five large bedrooms, each one is attached to a bathroom. The bed and pillows were on point, slept soundly. Came with a group of adults so There’s a game room with pool table and air hockey table and then there is a closet full of sports equipments you can rent. My favorite was the pool and hot tub and lights in the pool to swim at night. I hit the hot tub almost every night I was there after a long day out. The screen covers the pool for privacy and to keep the bugs out. Super cool because this is rare for Minnesotans like us!

This location is close to Disney World and Universal studios. Best place to eat are the food trucks at World Food Trucks on Kissime.

Beautiful home / interior design! Each room had its own bathroom/shower / bathtub, and the place even had a pool/jacuzzi! The place also has a GameRoom with a pool table along with other additional rentals. In addition, the park/sports area for Volleyball, golf, tennis, and basketball is just located in the backyard. This home was located in a very convenient area. My family, and I had so much fun and am hoping to get to come back someday! Thanks so much!

My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary in February. If you’re looking for an awesome spot to work remotely or to just hang out, this is the place. It’s clean, spacious, private, and close to Disney attractions and toll-free roads if your adventures take you beyond Disney. I highly recommend WellHome at Windsor Resort if you’re looking for a spot to take your family or just you and your husband.

Very satisfied with the amenities and location. This is a great place for family gatherings as it has plenty of activities available close by. Our grandkids loved it there. The home was very clean and beautifully decorated but not over the top.
This is a place you could stay, never leave the community and have plenty to do. However if you like to do theme parks, you are within a few miles of them.

A group of four people stayed here from April 28 - May 3 and it was a fantastic stay. The home is beautiful and very well appointed. It has everything you need to enjoy your stay in Orlando. We loved the private pool and hot tub so much that we didn't want to leave. The complex is well maintained and has beautiful facilities such as a large pool with splash pad and waterslides. If you are looking for a place to enjoy all that Orlando has to offer, you should stay here.

What a great experience! Warm sunshine, blue skies, casual walks in the park, warm pool with a spa, game room, electric scooters, water park, pickleball, putting green, poolside dinners, unlimited local attractions, playing in the ocean surf, hunting seashells, and the list goes on. The house was very clean, light and beautifully decorated, and offered the convenience of home. With 5 bedrooms and 5 baths, there was more than enough room to comfortably accommodate our 3 generations being together, and yet it was so relaxing. We are already planning our return trip. Thank you WellHome Parkside for providing so many opportunities to make memories!

This is a beautiful home. We enjoyed our week immensely. The pool and hot tub were used daily Shopping and restaurants near by. We were very close to Disney as well. I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking to stay in the Orlando area. Can’t wait for the opportunity for us to return.

Beautiful comfortable home. Swimming right by patio allowed many relaxing mornings with my coffee while the kids jumped in and frolicked in the pool. Loved the Resort pool / water park and playgrounds. Buying groceries and ordering in was easy and convenient. And getting to Disney was quick and seamless. Most enjoyable vacation!

This is a beautiful home! The home we booked was cancelled at the last minute and when I reached out to see if anyone had availability, this family worked with us to save our trip! The pool and hot tub were perfect for our family and our kids spent more time in this pool than the main pool. It’s a short 3 minute walk from the clubhouse and water park and a 5 minute walk to the closest playground. The furniture and home decor are wonderful. In addition to having plenty of linens and towels, they also provided several beach towels and a “to go” cart with lawn chairs, beach toys, and shade, which would be perfect for any family traveling to the beach. The home also includes scooters, helmets, and recreation equipment for a minimal rental fee. For those, like myself, who may need to work remotely while on vacation, the home has two office tables, one upstairs and one downstairs. It was nice to be able to work upstairs while my family enjoyed the pool without them having to try and keep quiet. The communication with the owners was fantastic! They are incredibly flexible and accommodating, answered all of our questions, and reached out after we checked in to see how things were. We felt completely at home here and would absolutely recommend this house to anyone who is looking to stay at Windsor Hills!
