One of the best dental experiences I ever had appointments were set everybody was on time nice clean office very happy with my new dentist.

Smile Designs has been my dental care facility for the last 11 years. Due to regular travel I have received services in other facilities but none have matched the satisfaction I feel after being attended at Smile Designs.
Their facilities are modern, clean, upscale, and equipped with the latest technology.
Their staff is super professional, friendly and knowledgeable.
Dr. Rauchwerger is honest, dedicated and experienced.

Excellent staff, kind, courteous and thoughtful. Professional dentist, provides real solutions to dental care. Clean, modern facility that is well maintained. I went for a deep cleaning, I am a difficult patient in some respects and they worked around my issues masterfully.

I had a bad toothache and they got me in immediately after hearing that. The office staff couldn’t have been nicer, and the doctor was wonderful.

I found Dr. Rauchwerger through my dental insurance app and called the office. Vivian got me in IMMEDIATELY, and Dr. R was able to fix my tooth! The staff takes the time to explain all the details of my visit and treatment and I have the opportunity to ask as many questions as I need to. I saw Dr Rauchwerger as a new patient for a second opinion on work my current dentist said I needed done which included 2 crowns and a cavity! Boy am I glad I came to see him! One of the crowns was totally unnecessary and there was no cavity under that tooth. My current dentist was scamming me. From that point forward I new Dr R was my man. They designed a perfect crown which totally matched my other teeth. His whole team worked as a well oiled cohesive unit. From Estefania and Jill to the gals in reception desk! Dr Rauchwerger saved me over $1500 in unnecessary work! Thanks to all the staff at Smile Designs and a special shout-out to Jill who went the extra mile to work on my claims!

From the very moment Araceli picked up the phone, I could tell Smile Designs was different from other practices in the very best way! I had come for teeth whitening but choose to be a loyal patient for as long as they’ll have me. I am lucky I paid attention to reviews and am grateful to have found a superior dental practice which will meet my needs and those of my spouse. Dr. Sergio, Camille, Jill, Estefania, and Vivian attended to me over the course of two days and I was treated to efficient, professional, thorough, courteous and caring service the likes of which they should teach in schools as the gold-standard. To my pleasant surprise, my completed new patient forms were immediately carefully reviewed. I noted they mentioned things during my service (such as my preference to listen to music during treatment or drug allergy history) they could only know from reading them. All procedures were carefully explained before they were executed and Dr. Sergio gave me cost-effective options. Jill was compassionate, accessible and knowledgeable when it came to insurance coverage which set my mind at ease. Camille was exceedingly gentle when she cleaned and polished my teeth. She was extremely respectful to my mouth’s sensitive gums, created a rinse-out process to prevent discomfort and patiently demonstrated exactly how to floss for the best results. Estefania handled my teeth whitening like the seasoned pro she is. She painstakingly and diligently applied material to protect my sensitive tissues (lips, tongue and gums) while continually checking on my comfort as the powerful bleach brightened my now perfectly radiant smile. It was a breath of fresh air to be given a brief survey following my first visit! The office wanted to know how my experience was, did they answer all questions. Yes, they did and the survey given the very next day proved to be the icing on the cake. It is rare today to see such interest in a client’s take on your business. Oh, there are surveys sent through email but this was personal and direct. They truly care. They even suggested a few products to assist my oral hygiene and helpfully provided QR codes to link to Amazon. This office has done research and shares that information with its patients. That’s professional legwork I value. In conclusion, try this practice and I guarantee you’ll be glad you did!

I looked for years for a dentist that made me feel at home and I found it. Everyone in the office is so kind and they truly care about their patients. I highly recommend them!
