I had an issue with billing for my labs so I contacted Wellness Plan of America, not only was it explained to me how the benefits worked I was offered five star customer care by Supervisor Kenneth B. He took his time to make sure I understood the process and even offered to call over to LabCorp to help me get my refund. Kenneth went beyond the call of duty and remained professional even when I got irate at times. Kenneth exemplifies the mission of Wellness Plan of America!

Kim called me three times about my prescription refill. First to verify that I needed a refill. Second, to tell me that the order was on the way to me. Third, to verify that I received the script. I appreciate the diligence that Kim took in doing her responsibility.

Every time that I have spoken to anyone at the Wellness Plan of America, I have been treated with respect and dignity. The workers, especially Deloris, are friendly, nice and professional. I don't know what I would do without them and this program.

Emily was amazing; the process of getting approved for a discount RX took several weeks, but Emily kept in contact with us on a regular basis with needed updates and finalization of approval. She was always very pleasant to deal with and very professional.

This company is Scam, they lie a lot ripping individuals off. I don’t know how companies get away with this scams. Be careful it sounds too good to be true.
