8Friday 08/16 and BOTH ATM’s at this location out of service (?). I’m not sure if it’s because there is maintenance going on inside but we as customers shouldn’t be impacted by this. This is really inconvenient and unacceptable. Taking my substantial 6 digit check deposit to my other bank
I visited this location Bank this morning, and Mrs Rivera's teller was unfriendly and bad educated.she did her job. But never said Good Morning and less Goodbye.fortunately, there are many banks in Brickell.
Bank was practically empty (no customers). And their Bankers are the slowest performing individuals i have ever met in a bank. We had to ask several times to collaborate in helping us.
Outstanding customer service and professionalism by Julio Contreras! Opening a business account has never been this easy. He is always ready to assist and returns calls promptly. I have recommended other friends and clients to him, all of whom were extremely satisfied. I highly recommend him and this branch.
Most of the bank tellers are helpful but the bankers that need to assist you with other transactions are not thinking about customers. You just have a feeling they don't want to be there. Might be the worst branch of all banks I've ever been in to.
This bank is beautiful, but there's no point in ever calling them. I had to call them about 6 times in order for someone to pick up the phone. It was about 15 minutes of wasted time. Finally when they picked up the phone, they asked me to wait and hung up on me. I then just gave up and called another bank. Unless you have the time to actually walk in, don't bother.

Today I went a Wells Fargo Miami Brickell Avenue change a nominal check and the attendant Catherine Rivera start laugh and be rude with me and I dont know why, and now I confirm why I closed my account there, and I will tell for all my friends and family to close too!
