If you don't have account with this bank you cannot cashing a check, your id is not enough.they have to request an authorization for the manager who was not at bank. Unfortunately very bad service

I give this branch five stars, normally the branch I go to does not provide the customer service that I received at skylake. When I arrived I received a warm welcome and they were ready to help. I was assisted by Brenda one of the bankers and I have to say her service shows the years of experience she might have and her ability to connect with customers is unseen especially in these days. If you're looking for great service and efficient work stop by this branch and ask for her you would not be disappointed.

I have been banking with Wells Fargo for many years, this is my favorite branch I really trust the staff there and the bankers there are very knowledgeable.

Dear current and existing clients, this is by far the most competent and welcoming location of all banks and locations I have ever been too. First of all the young gentleman who greet you at the door, very clean, well mannered and dressed very welcoming and helpful thank you. Definitely the entire office has a vibe of “leave your personal problems at the door” and we as clients appreciate you very much

Want to put the spot light also on Mrs. Stacey who assisted my daughter with opening her bank account. Very knowledgeable, helpful and transparent. People like her are one of a kind. Definitely this bank as a whole should be

Slow service and bad customer service. 10 mins for the teller to tell me I need write the amount sent me the paper twice with no pen while I asked twice for a pen and another 20 mins to get a withdrawal. People have lives and things to not to waste the whole afternoon with unprofessional people to get your money. Very bad service

Changed drive thru lanes 3 times and every time my lane would just stop until other lanes became empty but it Was to no avail if I changed lanes, my lane would stop moving until I changed to another lane.right now 2 lanes became empty but there is someone behind my car so I cant move

If I could provide this bank with a -1000 I would. Thank you to one of your customers in this area, they were able to pull over $400 from my bank account from North Carolina with a different bank. Now I know wells fargo helps immigrants steal money from hard working actual americans. This bank is a laughing joke. DO NOT BANK WITH WELLS FARGO.

Waited more than 1 hr for a bank representative to help my husband and I, while 2 of the bank representatives were sitting on their desk doing abosutely nothing. When We were finally helped, the lady was enjoying a cup of hot tea, Lacking energy to work or assist us. It seems as if they are making costumers a favor.

Totally obnoxious and incompetent tellers and manager. They had the nerve to hold a check given to them to be negotiated while the customer waited in line over 10 min for them to decide what their procedures are.

Of course the Atm isn't taking deposits, why the fu$k would it!? And this happens at every location, all the Damn time. Over and over again. Take some of those billions and get some machines that actually work, consistently. Really!? You have one job. Banking.

I go there once a month to pay my rent. There is usually a line but most of the time goes fast.
