Wells Fargo Bank reviews
16Every time we have to go inside to conduct our business, there is always a line and the wait is always long. Today there was one representative at the counter and one teller taking care of the drive through. The wait time is ridiculous. While they do offer a lot of new and beneficial services, they totally drop the ball when you are in need of “one on one” banking with a representative. It’s so frustrating to go here! Anyway, I’m done with my rant, it won’t do any good to complain anymore. I will continue to do majority of my business on line and through the ATM, and avoid having to go inside and have any interaction at all cost. Banking use to be a personal experience where banks and bankers cared about its clients and valued their time. Your inside is a joke and could definitely use some attention.
They are the worst. Drive thru takes forever.ypicall 10 minutes per car. It's a head scratcher. A couple months ago we deposited 600 or so in cash and they shorted us $20 (for sure). My wife went back to dispute, and instead of simply giving us the $20 back. They conducted in investigation and then concluded that they did not error! Will be closing down our account
Very pleasant experience with banker, Johanna and manager, Jack. They were thorough and knowledgeable and clearly had our best interests in mind. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is potentially a corporate issue? It appears they were slightly understaffed and very busy, so we had to wait quite a bit for our scheduled appointment time. Even so, they stayed with us until close and never made us feel rushed.
When you can get in with a Banker, they are usually pretty helpful, but everytime I go the wait is horrendous. No one has hours to sit at the bank for basic services. Either give your tellers more authority or hire more bankers.
I have came in here several times and always had good service. Today we spoke to the branch manager, he was very nice and knowledgeable. He helped us set up an appointment for a loan.
First visit to this particular Wells Fargo Bank Very friendly personnel. Jack Ellis is an awesome bank manager. Also very friendly and personable. He went out of his way to assist us with a change of address. We love banking with Wells Fargo.
I’m leaving Wells Fargo because of their fraud department’s crazy decision on my case BUT closing my accounts was a breeze and Ms. Priscilla Ferraris, the banker, was really awesome to work with. Thank you!
If I could do 0 star I would. This was the most horrendous experience I've had at a Wells Fargo in the over 10 years I've been a customer of theirs. Waited an hour just to do a simple drivethru deposit transaction.
6/8 Response to owner: No need, already called Wells Fargo and this issue has been routed up to the executive office.
Waiting in drive thru for 45 minutes without any interaction whatsoever. INSANE! They couldn't even say "one moment please" Horrible to make people wait this long. It is unacceptable
I was on phone hold for 1 1/2 hrs, trying to open an account for my granddaughter. No one ever came to the phone! I just wanted to see how long it would take. I have been a customer for over 20 years. I never had this experience with my branch in Georgia.
Finally someone came on line that wasn’t even in the branch. Ridiculous!
The tellers on the inside were very unprofessional. One lady was eating at the front teller.
This is my favorite bank in the USA. Go visit Jack, the manager he and his team are AMAZING.
Terrible. Stopped to deposit a check for my wife, into her account. (she wasn't feeling 100% today.) So trying to be respectful of the current pandemic issues, I was there for her, and planned on using one of the two the ATMs.
The ATM was broken, again. So, I went inside to the teller counter. The teller asked me to use the debit card at the counter. So I did. Obviously I know my wife’s PIN.
Then she gets “Jack” the manager. Jack proceeded to tell me they couldn’t (wouldn’t) take the deposit from me because I wasn’t on the account. Though I have other accounts there and had already provided my valid FL driver's license.
This deposit was on a typed business check. Certainly nothing to indicate fraud or raise any concerns. He claimed I could be committing fraud? Seriously… they are nuts. What type of fraudster DEPOSITS money into accounts? LOL
So they refused the deposit and sent me on my way. Imagine if I actually needed something. I guess they would rather a person feeling ill come into the branch in person?
This is just one more example of why they are bleeding customers. After all, they (Wells Fargo) are the bankers that have a long history of fraud. You know, opening fake accounts, etc.
I happily drove across town to my local credit union to make the deposit. Had zero issues there.
I would give Wells Fargo lower than one star if possible. I went into the bank yesterday; to do a wire transfer to Germany. I was told by the new manager that this was not possible. I was told, " there is no one here to do a transfer. " The person is out today and maybe, out tomorrow! Ok, I am talking to the bank manager, and she doesn't know how to do a wire transfer? I was just promoted to manager, she proudly boasted. Wrong, decision on the part of Wells Fargo, she absolutely does not need this job. I was told, " you can go to Destin for your wire transfer. " Did she offer to call Destin, no? I will call Destin and have this to explain how I am to make the transfer. There was not one other person in this bank at the time. At least 6 or 7 other employees, standing behind the counter and one person in an office on the computer. I called Wells Fargo and spoke with two supervisors. I stated what happened and received excellent customer service. They, apologized and said this is not what i This is completely UNBELIEVABLE, that not one person in this bank is compete enough to make an International wire transfer. I told this manager that I had all of the paperwork for the previous transfer. All she needed to do was to change the amount. I could have done the transfer myself. I have watched this being done for the past six months. All she needed to do was to long on and pull up wire transfer. All of the information needed was available on my previous paperwork. Will in the blanks and hit send! Voila, and done! Also, never are you able to get anyone on the phone at the branch. I was sitting trying to get composure after; my experience with this new manager. I decided to call and see if anyone would answer the phone. Called the number and guess what? All of the bankers are busy helping other customers. I was the only customer in the bank at this time. I have requested from management an internal revenue of this branch. This manager needs a serious report in her file. I will not stop with my complaints until I feel satisfied that this has been addressed from the Wells Fargo upper management level. I am moving my account and so is my daughter. Stay, as far away from this branch as possible.
The absolute slowest and worst customer service. Bankers do not answer the phones. I’ve banked with Wells Fargo for 10 years and have never experienced a Wells Fargo like the one on Racetrack rd. I plan on closing my account.
