5 Horrible experiencia, fui a abrir mi cuenta por primera vez, me atendió una chica muy atenta a las 10am me dió una cita para las 1: 30pm, me pidió todos mis documentos, todo bien, y cuando regresé a mi cita a la 1: 30pm me atendieron a la 1: 40 y me empezaron a pedir documentos, en fin.no pude abrir la cuenta porque no me aceptaron el permiso de trabajo como ID, entonces me pregunto porqué motivo darme una cita si antes chequean mis documentos y ven que mi ID es un permiso de trabajo, seguro social. Me hicieron perder medio día de trabajo en vano. Me querían enviar a otra de sus oficinas y le pregunté a la chica si me iban a atender allí directamente o tendría q obtener cita para otro día, empezó a llamar a dicha oficina que nunca respondió. NO RECOMIENDO ESTE LUGAR. Agradezco a Dios porque luego de allí encontré algo mejor.
Horrible experience, I went to open my account for the first time, a very attentive girl attended me at 10am, she gave me an appointment for 1: 30pm, she asked me for all my documents, everything was fine, and when I returned to my appointment at 1: 30pm they attended me at 1: 40 and they started asking me for documents, well. I couldn't open the account because they didn't accept my work permit as ID, so I wonder why they give me an appointment if they check my documents first and They see that my ID is a work permit, social security. They made me lose half a day of work to no avail. They wanted to send me to another of their offices and I asked the girl if they were going to attend me there directly or would I have to make an appointment for another day, she started calling that office and she never answered. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. I thank God because after there I found something better.
Went to this branch to purchase a gift card and to change an automatic payment drawing out of an account to a different one. A lady that was by herself in an office asked me what I needed and I told her. First she disappointingly said that Wells Fargo no longer carries gift cards, she adviced me to go to Wal-Mart or Target, but there will be some fee. When I asked to move that automatic payment from one account to another she started giving me instructions how to do it myself. If I wanted to waste two hours trying to figure it out on my own, I would've done it instead of taking time and effort to go into a branch. I still like Wells Fargo, but this specific branch proved to be unfriendly and unprofessional.
Y'all, I had a self made problem. The teller manager worked so hard to help me. Unfortunately she wasn't able to do what I needed due to system automation, and the bank on the other end, but she exhausted every avenue possible. Dealt with me crying, and a tiny silent bit of panic. I couldn't possibly have been luckier than to work with someone like her. I wish I knew her name. Because she deserves all the praise. ALL. OF. IT.
I’ve transferred money, wired money and exchanged currency here several times along with regular banking since Wells Fargo took over First Union. I’ve been with both, combined about 30 years and never had a bad experience or a problem with Wells Fargo. I love the new branch on Atlantic, real convenient, great staff.
Friendly folks but for me a few hundred extra dollars in interest, it's hard to justify the 1 hour time to setup a CD for over 100,000. Seems like they would have someone available to help ballers, yo?
Vystar's rates area a tad lower but Lordy, they sure do love me long time and that CD thing would've only taken them 2 minutes, out the door!
I guess this is how all banks are.at least this Wells Fargo branch is very friendly. If you've got free time, this is a good branch.
