The bankers/ tellers were racist towards me. I came to withdrawals a deposit that is made in my account that have been compromised. My first visit the banker help the other customer that came after me. My second visit I was telling them the issue I had with my bank account.he refuses to listen to me. Basically this branch force racism’s at its finest. If you are black I do not recommend this place.
Horrible customer service they only had one banker assisting customers.

Always short staffed the inside is never open and there are at least 20 cars in line for the teller will stop going to this bank

I went in to make a transaction with a sense of urgency. I got there as soon as I could which was about 45 minutes before they closed at 5. I didn't have an appt but when I tried to make one online nothing was available for the whole week. I thought that was a glitch in their system because no Wells Fargo Bank within a 10 mile radius had availability. When I walked in not one person greeted me. I waited around for about 20 minutes and asked a teller for some assistance. He was very unhelpful. When I told him about the website not having any appointments available at all he just shrugged his shoulders. I went to my car almost in tears because I was so frustrated with the timeframe I was given to have this transaction completed and the bank Ive been with for YEARS treated me like I didn't matter. I will be switching banks.

The manager isn’t very customer service oriented. In store rep Harrison tried to have a basic fee waived for a basic service. The manager BLATANTLY ignored requests and wasn’t helpful at all. She was rather stoic and bland if anything. As though the thought was an inconvenience. I’ve banked here roughly 15 years or so now, and don’t appreciate the lack of customer service from a managerial standpoint.
