Understaffed. Go to another branch. I Waited 1.5 hours when the banker said it would be "20 min" "10 more in". They should've just said to come back another time or with an appointment instead of making me wait over an hour.

Asked what their credit card offerings are and was told I can't be given that information unless I come in physically. So I asked why and they said b/c I needed to provide my credit score and address.
Explained I could simply give that over the phone and they said "it's not their procedure"
Was then transferred to Monica who literally pretended she couldn't hear me when I was speaking then she said sorry and hung up.
You can't even say this is bad service - these are clowns
