4They never answer the phone. Your lucky if more than one person is working ever. I did a wire transfer and the person helping wasn't able to help figure out the routing number for the bank I was sending money to. A trained, professional banker couldn't figure that out. I had to call the receiving bank and ask them while I sat there with the banker. So awkward. I hate this bank so much.
Slowest bank in the world. Never more then 1 person working here. They need to read these comments and make adjustments. Especially on fridays.
I've been with Wells Fargo for 12 years. Any issue I had was taken care of ASAP. I have no complaints. They are considerate, concerned and very helpful.
Cant really give a good review if they are never open when they say they are supposed to be.
