After leaving my financial institution (SCCU Orange City FL) because they would not cash my US Savings Bond. I went to this Wells Fargo branch in Orange City. The manager I was referred to was busy and I was in a rush so I left feeling frustrated. Cherie Campos came out to my vehicle as I was leaving and told me they would cash the bond. If it were not for her I would have a slightly different opinion at this point but persons such as Cherie that go above and beyond always get my attention and business. Please commend Cherie on her most excellent customer service. People that take their job seriously are difficult to find in the area and based on my experience she a one of the rare ones. Thanks Cherie!
My experiences with Miss Lorena and Mr. Alomar have been phenomenal. They are both very cordial and as they take care of your financial needs, they ask about your day and how is the family doing. I love that about them because you feel like you matter and you are not just another account number to them. Employees like them should be the standard to which other employees should be measured by.
OMG THE SERVICE IN THIS BRANCH IS THE WORST I have to go places to get help sometimes out of town
Might as well drive to the Wells Fargo in Deltona because this Wells Fargo location has you wait over 45 minutes in the drive thru to attend you. I have never had to wait this long to be assisted. They were not sympathetic at all for the wait. I would not recommend going to this location. There’s only one lady working the drive thru and she has a full blown conversation with everyone that goes thru the drive thru which makes it an even longer wait for something that should take maximum 10 minutes at this location it takes an hour. Don’t go here
I went to the bank due to a malfunctioning ATM pin, necessitating a cash withdrawal. Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed by Cherie Campos, a banker who delivered outstanding customer service. Despite encountering system glitches, Cherie demonstrated patience and attentiveness, guiding me meticulously throughout the procedure. She persevered until the issue was fully resolved, even though it took some time. Cherie Campos unquestionably provided top-notch, five-star service, and the bank should acknowledge and appreciate exceptional employees like her.
Came here with my boyfriend to get into his bank account because he was locked out and never been so very disrespected in my life by one of the workers names Ceasar he needs to be fired immediately never helped me with my problem simply started off with giving us a attitude and then kicked us out and locked the door on us. I would rather drive across town than come back to this Wells Fargo.
They changed the policy, now if you don't have an account with them you can't get notary services. They had me waiting for 30 min to then let me know. My husband and I have separate accounts in different banks and he has Wells Fargo. I'll make sure to close that account. Just for making me wait 30min and saying no. Very disappointed
