7The worst bank in the area. Never more than one teller on during busy times. Here Thursday late afternoon 9 people in line one teller.
When they removed the branch at the corner of Dixie and Lake, they put up a giant sign that said DON'T WORRY, THIS ATM ISN'T GOING ANYWHERE and then they removed the ATM.
I understand removing an ATM after closing a branch but I don't understand why you felt like lying to us about it first
I don’t like giving one star reviews. Another Wells Fargo customer took my debit card out of the ATM machine and went straight to Publix and spent $174 out of my bank account. I told the regional supervisor and she said that I have to wait until it was completely processed before I could file a claim, which was not true. The police officer told me to file the claim on the phone. I reported it stolen. Also, the branch office was very lackadaisical and really doesn’t care who stole it. If they were my employees, they would be fired.it might take 30 minutes to look at the video because I reported this within 20 minutes of happening.
Found a ATM check deposit mistake
Unfortunately I can't afford to use this Bank.
Mistakes should be called on from an agent to the client or from the bank to a client not messaging through Gmail
I really miss the direct ways of how banking used to be
The everything takes “ONE HOUR” branch. Majorly understaffed
One hour to get through the teller line
One hour to ask a simple question
One hour to make a wire transfer
Then they have the time and nerve to hit me up for special promos. No thanks!
