From sales to service we received quality customer care with our recent Welton purchase. The sales team answered our many questions. The install crew was courteous and helped make location decisions based on best use of our space. They also provided a lesson on how to care for our unit. We had a hiccup on day 1 (lost power to the spa sometime that afternoon after set up). Although late in the day, we received a call back very quickly and our situation was resolved. We use our spa every day - often twice. We expect customer service will be as responsive moving forward and that will add to many years of spa enjoyment.

I inherited a hot tub when purchasing a home three years ago…. Knew it was losing too much water and I was able to find a small drip leak but there was no way the amount of water being lost was from that drip. Called Welton and had an appt within 2 days. Learned a lot by having them come out. I was afraid the answer would be it is time for our hot tub to go to the great beyond but more importantly I learned several things about the hot tub we had that i didn’t know (was actually 20 years old, that kept getting band-aids applied to keep it going). There were no pressure sales or anything like that; felt like they were just giving me the facts. Look forward to getting a new hot tub from them soon! Greatly appreciated!

Not only was our experience of purchasing our Hydropool Serenity spa from Welton great and smooth, but when we had an issue with our spa a year later, they provided prompt attention and even though it took a couple of visits and parts, Noah was awesome. He knows his stuff. If you are in the Market for a hot tub or swim spa in the St Augustine area don’t go anywhere else but to Welton, they are a top notch outfit and friendly too. Highly recommend!

Noah arrived as scheduled and diagnosed the problem with the hot tub immediately. It was operator error. He then checked the hot tub for any issues and spent time teaching the operator. I was very new to a hot tub without manuals or other information. Noah was great

You won't find a harder working team than at Welton Pool & Spa Inc. We have owned pools and spas for many years and have never known any company more professional and willing to work with you from sales to delivery and afterward. I can't say enough good things about them. If you are in the market for a hot tub, swim spa, pool or chemicaks/accessories, make Welton your first stop, better yet your only stop! Welton delivered our hot tub yesterday. Kevin and Michael delivered and set up. They were both very pleasant and informative. Both are prior military and very nice young men. In this day and age after COVID with businesses unable to find staff. It was very refreshing to speak with these two. I hope they are appreciated by Welton Pool and Spa.

We are very pleased with Welton Pool and Spa. Purchasing and delivering of the spa couldn’t have gone more perfectly. Ambra who initiated the sale was genuine, helpful, and friendly. She was very creative in finding ways that would assist us in getting the best bang for our buck. The two gentlemen who delivered the pool were prompt, competent, knowledgeable, and kind. They stayed with us as long as needed to assure we were comfortable on understanding how the spa worked and how all chemicals should be used. We are most happy that we decided to go with a company that is part of the community. Their personal attention and respect surrounding the entire experience has meant a lot to us.

Our experience with Welton Pool and Spa was fantastic!
We ordered a 12-foot Swim Spa for our courtyard and we are very happy with it. Not only were the people from Welton a pleasure to work with, the contractors they recommended were all professional and excellent at their jobs. Grace and I would like to thank Ambra Welton for a great deal and handling the details of installation, Juan Castellanos Construction (concrete), Justin Motley and his crew (electric), and All Aspects Painting (Rick and Kenny) for making this as smooth an operation as one could wish.
