FIRST TIME HOMEBUYERS: Wendy is your gal! Although Wendy has lots on her agenda due to her thriving business my husband and I were made to feel like a top priority. Our budget was not top tier and we didn’t know everything there is to know about buying a home yet. However, Wendy was so patient with us!
