Wendy's, Sunrise FL

I would rate lower if I could. Man running this place is rude to his workers and got all of my and my friends orders wrong. When we asked what bags were ours. He chastised us and told us to listen better even though he repeated the order incorrectly to us. One of us also found a hair in the food given to us

I mean the food was always Good but holy going late night drive through just isn't the play as it just becomes Food, not Fast Food anymore.

Yum! I have driven by this little gem forever and never tried it! We decided to finally go in today. So glad we did! Delicious and fast service! I had the steak sandwich and it was sooo good. The meat was tender and no fat or gristle. Fries were delicious as well. My only suggestion is to turn the AC on. It was so hot inside! We ate in the outdoor patio, but I feel bad for the people working in the heat.

This has got to be one of the worst Wendy's in the franchise chain I have ever had the disappointing experience of visiting

I didn't have a good experience. I was waiting about 20 minutes for my food because it wasn't ready. Then once I saw my food it was burnt and the taste was awful.

Fast service but the fish sandwich was horrible! Can we say saltsville! Order anything else but that

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE, CASHIER DON'T HEAR ME, HE SAY, HERE NO SPEAK SPANISH, NO SANDWICH ONE DOLLAR, BUT THE CASHIER LOOK! A HUNDRED PORCENT LIKE LATIN PEOPLE, I ASK FOR THE MUSTARD, MAYO AND KETCHUP AND HE SAY, HERE NO MAYO, ASK FOR WATER NO ICE, AND HE PUT ICE IN WATER.

I constantly stop by getting some food in this place. I liked the speedy customer service and well made dishes. Keep it up.

Food is wendy's but they are fast, even if the line looks long it goes real quick.been there alot of times and they made my request for no mayo around %98 of the time which is really good.

I went to this Wendy's for 5 individual lunch orders for my coworkers. I chose the drive thru and the lady told me I could not do 5 orders at drive thru but the dining room was open. So I stood in line for the dining room and a wonderful man, Xavier, took all 5 of my orders, gave me change for each, and the very cheerful manager on duty even packaged my meals for me so that they were easy to transport. I will be raving about this location for many days to come! Great customer service, minus the woman at the drive thru.

Went there ordered 2 doubles one with no onion. Got home had onions on both but the worse part was the cokes. They. Should let you know that it's clorine not coke.

I'm not much of a fast food eater, but I have always loved Wendy's. They have healthy choices and really good old fashion burgers.

Great service and good food. But I found a ladybug in my salad when I was almost done with my food. But overall, everything was okay.

Nice employees. Some may need a tiny bit more training. Ordered bake potato no butter, ordered chicken nuggets with sauce no sauce, no utensils and no napkins obviously a newbie. Otherwise usually on point. Hey we ALL got to start somewhere. More training so when there's a lunch rush they're on point. Maybe list behind window it's easy to get frustred. Food still good and good value. Thank you!

The employee are unwelcoming, it as if they don't enjoy what they do and it shows, you don't even want to ask about anything. I won't return to that location in less I have no choice.

I went through the drive-through it seemed that they were short staffed the wait time was a little longer than usual here you'd read her lead however the food was good the girl at the window was extremely nice and polite

This is the slowest and most unorganized fast food rstrestaur I've been to. If you go inside expect a long line everytime and to wait on your food for at least 20 min. Employees in the kitchen standing around moving slow as can be with no work flow going on. I've been to this place many many times and I can tell you the only employee here that does anything or knows what's going on is Nick he works inside and the drive-thru he needs to be promoted to manager.

I ordered an Asiago chicken sandwich and got a regular chicken sandwich. Not what I wanted and shy of a dollar more.

Just left this Wendy’s location which is close to where we live. My baked potato looked and tasted old. My husband’s coffee was not hot and was dark and bitter. My husband brings powdered coffee creamer in with him and no amount would make it get light. My husband went to report this to the manager, and he only said “thank you” and didn’t offer to give him anything. Also, one of their soda machines was not working and there was no sign on it.

Food quality is consistent, most employees are helpful, inside decor is great and is always clean
