17Sloooow! I've been in the drive thru almost 20 minutes so far and watched at least 4 people behind me leave so far. Wonder how profitable this location can be. It's pretty obvious by some of the other reviews the management does not care. Hopefully I'll eventually be served.
People for the drive thru were very nice and helpful.
Be sure to order something not already made, the hamburgers were not very warm but the spicy chicken sandwiches were nice and hot.
I came at the wrong time, about 5: 30pm. Long line.
Bad customer service. Will never go there again! Our food was also cold. We explained to them our food was cold and they would not make it right
This location always has a line wrapped around the building. They only take one car at a time and you’re in line for about 30 minutes. Slowest drive thru I’ve ever been in. The food quality is also bad. The nuggets are mushy and they only give you one sauce. Not sure what I’m gonna do with one sauce. Should give out more then one when you have a big meal.
They claim they are open till midnight but after 10 PM they shut down the frosty machine and they start running out of menu items. Of course if you order online it doesn't show this. You only find out AFTER you pay and get there to pick up. Then they have no ability to credit you back the money for the item they cant fullfil because it was paid for online. What a total mess! Then I get home and find that I got a single cheese burger when I ordered and paid for a double. If they run out of items or shut down the frosty machine the mobile app should mark these items as unavailable after a certain time. Very poorly thought out system.
You have to know the historical importance of this place to fully appreciate it. Only fastfood chane on the island in it's original building.
Our order was completely wrong and Ana was so rude about it. We ended up in the drive thru for almost an hour. Another employee finally came to help and was actually very helpful. Ana was extremely rude though. Not a good experience.
It's conveniently located, and burgers are always made fresh.just remember you have to wait a little longer here than most fast food places, because they cook to order, they don't keep pre cooked burgers under heat lamps. Be patient, and always thank them at the window.we need more thank yous in the world.
I have gone through the drive thru at this particular Wendy's 4 times. It is very obvious that the OWNER, DISTRICT MANAGER and LOCATION MANAGER are absolutely inadequate to run a business. The employee's at this location are only acting the way that they do because of the leadership. They are acting the way they do because they are ALLOWED. They treat customers like it's one big joke and how easily they can put in their time on their shift. How bad can we treat the next customer? You wait to get to the ordering board. They make you repeat your entire order back to them after you have already gone through the entire order. Next you wait. Then you wait some more. Then finally you get to the window. They give you a total. They hand you back your money without saying anything to you. They give you your food and don't speak to you and act like you are one big inconvenience. You are not sure if they have given you the entire food order because they just walk away. They make a face at you when you wait and ask if that is everything in the order. They say "Yes" and let you drive away after a nasty scowl on their face. Then you start to go through your bags. In the 4 times I have gone to this location I received undercooked chicken sandwiches that are literally gooey between the chicken and the breading that is falling off in chunks. A taco salad with NO CHILI. I went back in and said you didn't give me a chili with my taco salad. They said. WE ARE OUT OF CHILI. I said "you sold me a taco salad with no chili? ". They said "Yes". I said "I need to order something else please". Fries that are literally brown and cold when you receive them. Enormous chunks of iceberg lettuce that are so big and hard that you can't close your bread together and finally a second taco salad that tasted like no other Wendy's taco salad that I have ever eaten. I had to throw it away. I live in Ohio where Wendy's is a very respectable and good business. I have never seen a Wendy's like this one. They don't understand the "culture" of Wendy's from Ohio. DISTRICT MANAGER. YOU NEED FIRED. OWNER. YOU ARE CHEAP AND DON'T WANT TO PAY FOR GOOD HELP. MANAGER. YOU SHOULD NOT BE THERE. I am personally calling Wendy's Headquarters to speak to them about this location and who owns and manages this location.
You can’t give someone a salad without dressing.that defeats the entire salad. Smh. What a waste of time and money on my lunch break.
This Wendy's is normally very good but the last two times I have been there it was sub par. Today the chili was very salty to the point I couldn't eat much of it.
It's a thing your learn when you are grown,
that French fries, frosties do own
and burgers that aren't fresh meat
= not what you wanna eat

It's an average strip mall. Groceries, drugstore, restaurants, women's 2nd hand store, & harbor freight.
I don't like at all the new management this is my neighborhood wendy and the new manager doesn't allow to upgrade the FF 5 dollar combo to the bacon ff even whenwe alwa3pay for the extra fee.dislike.so much new manager
I had a small salad with chicken, bacon, avacado and cheese. Delicious and just enough to fill me. They have a larger portion for hearty appetites. It was busy, but our food came out quickly. Very clean and the staff very nice and efficient.
Asked for well done fries didn't get them and onion on the sandwich there was 1 small single ring
We come here every few weeks. However, over the past 6 months this particular location has become very slow especially the drive through. There have been times where there was one car in line and the wait would be about 10 or more mins just waiting on someone to help. Last night we night were sitting in the drive through with one car in line and and decided to go in side and get our meal. That part didn't take long. But there are like 6 or 7 employees in the kitchen area just talking. Not really doing much. A lot of the employees did seem confused about what is going on be what there stations and tasks are. While they were talking you heard a loud "Show me the money" coming fromt back.
