Wendy's, Fort Myers FL

Been here around 15 times and every single time i come here i get someone who is extremely rude and pushy. Talks over you and doesn't care. Everyone seems to hate working here more than anything. Don't come here 2/10

This is the absolute slowest place I have ever been to in my whole entire life. I have never experienced a SLOWER so called (FAST FOOD) place in my life. I don’t understand how hard it is to prepare one burger and 6 nuggets! I have been here for over half an hour and I was told to pull up to the door after a long line of waiting as well. For a small order.

This place is pretty much horrible. From the ants crawling around the tables inside to the 15-20 minute wait for three cars to get through the drive thru. I'd keep driving

The fries were cold and hard. The burgers were old. And all 4 drinks were wrong. They act like they didn't know what to do. Last time we dined there they didn't have any lettuce for the salads. The Wendy's on Cleveland is way better. Shame. Precooked food. How hard can it be.

Bad service, long wait, food is less than ok. This Wendy's doesn't represent what a real Wendy's is or what is used to be

I went through the drive through and ordered a 4 for 4 and when I got to the window she said the total was $3 something and I said oh I don’t think that’s correct, I wanted the 4 for 4. And the girl at the window rolled her eyes and said “we you didn’t say that back there did you”. I drove away.

Burgers were on point but the fries nope failed. Forced to give to dog so no wasted food or money

Ive decided to give this place another chance, after my last visit with every single employee were not wearing the face coverings properly. But now that I have, I feel the instant regret. Pull up to the window, and it’s deja vu! On top of the attitude this location gives out for FREE. Low and behold, the person making the food is scarfing it, meaning his mask was well below his chin. The drive thru person had it under her nose. When I ask if you can wear your mask properly for MY safety, I get attitude. Save your money, I’m done with y’all. I’ve already called corporate before and it seems nothing was done. Because I’m back a few months later and it’s still the same smelly, attitude filled, ignorant Team.

I had to wait 30 minutes in drive thru just for them to not give me all my food, Then when I get back I couldn't even wait inside because they close at 6 PM on a Monday, so I had to wait another 20 minutes in the drive thru.

Waited 25 minutes in line. I ate my food immediately and the sandwich and fries were cold. Only drive thru service available so can't understand why they are sooooo slow.

Would not suggest this Wendys to my worst enemy. Got severe food poisoning from store on Cleveland in Ft Myers. Contacted corporate thru social media. They acted like they had concern, but no contact, so I wonder why they requested my phone number. Been out of work 3 days now. Im having severe bowel pains. Guess I will contact the health department. This store should really be inspected before they kill someone.

Every time I get food from here, it tastes/feels/looks not fresh. I don't think the people working inside care that much for quality control. FYI this is in comparison to the other nearby Wendy's locations.

Started off soda machine out of Coke then waited 20 minutes for food and then the french fries was cold the hamburger was cold my wife had to go back up to the counter to get barbecue sauce for the chicken nuggets had to go back to get sauce for chili not a very good experience at all!

Food was good. Service was very backed up at the drive thru. Servers were very polite and apologized for the long Waite.

Good food, but one of the absolutely slowest drive thru's of Wendy's I have ever experienced. I have experienced this on multiple evenings.

I think this Wendy's is really good others should look to them for inspiration of how a franchise should be ran

I usually use the drive thru. It offers convenient hours, and is open late. Very good fast food, lots of variety.

It's Wendy's. The food is your average Wendy's. However don't expect it to be fast food. Every time I've visited this location it takes 15-20 minutes just to get through the drive thru. Very slow service here. I had to quit going on my lunch hour because I never had time to eat my lunch.

Not a fan of this location they almost always mess up my order when I go through the drive through. Managers are super rude.
