Wendy's, Hialeah FL

In the middle of a pandemic and this people are taking 0 precausions. No mask no gloves. This is disgusting

I come to this excellent place every couple of days because I enjoy the ambiance that is part of this restaurant. The personel is awfuly loyal and well trained. The service is deeply quick. Also, the food you get is excellent. I ate there many times and I was always satisfied. The rate is decent. I highly recommend this restaurant to all my friends.

I got Wendy's yesterday a bacon double i after wards felt sick to my stomach. The grease. Never again.

Worse place for anyone to work at how i know because i used to work there the gm is the worse he talks to u any kinda if way and will not give a brake.

Incredibly slow. Stayed in drive through line for 30 minutes. Literally. Got to the speaker - no one took my order for 5 minutes. Then - got to the window, the lady is on a headset using the phone. No customer service skills. Persons preparing food are on headphones. Line is wrapped around the building. This is sad!

It' ok, good food, good price! I have a question, Are there any other soda machines like those ones? I mean in other wendy's and other states. (Like Nevada)

Never coming back here again. There was a rude guy taking my order. He was snappy and also threw the food into my hand. He also ignored me when i ased for my receipt and straws. If he didn't want to work today, he should've stayed home. He shouldn't be able to disrespect people like that.

There (which is suppose to improve the quality of the employees and make sure everything is okay) is the rudest person. I ordered food in the drive through and I assume he was having a bad day and all he did was scream at me and tell me shut up. When I got to the window he told me to stop looking at him in a screaming way and he was just rude. Worst wendys ever and that guy does not deserve the position of a manager. He had a mustache and he seems around the middle 20s.

I gave it 1 star so it would let me review. Workers on their phones, drink machines not stocked and the restaurant had a bad smell. Sorry, but I wouldn't reccommend.

The worst customer services ever. The ones who take the orders got no manners at all. If They dnt want to work then they need to home.
