14Visit to Wendy’s was ok. Ordered 2 med frosties. A simple order but still waited longer than I would expect.
Manager was not "with it" one of the workers was awesome and really pulled it together (even telling the manager what she should do).
A+ customer service, fresh food. What more could you ask for? This Wendy's location has consistently excelled in both areas. Every time I have gone to this location it has been awesome, great food.
Terrible service, the manager Jimmy was very rude and impatient to my wife and he didn't know I was listening to his rude behavior until he seen me in the drive threw window. As a Managner you would think he would have great customer service but unfortunately He need's to tighten up or be fired!
Everything was good except, the wait in the Drive-Thru. But with the current circumstances I'm sure that's to be expected
Fast food in a Covid world is no easy task. We were in a line of 10+ cars and I can only imagine the difficult time the kitchen was having keeping up and moving everyone along.
Manager Jimmy was on the microphone doing his best to take my complicated order. I could tell he was frustrated, but professional - I’m sure I would have been much worse in his shoes.
Big shout out to Michaela the young lady who ended up serving our order up to the car. Even though she was wearing a mask, you could tell she had a big smile on her face and she was doing her best to ensure customer satisfaction.
Very rude and slow service was not done with order and was asked to pull-up to window will not return
Second time here this week. First time i sat in the rain for over 10 mins in drive thtough before could get someone to take my order. Then after getting my last bag, the older manager gave me a dirty look. As if ordering 6 sandwiches was out of line. Then tonight 6/19. @ 5: 50 pm agian slow. But that didnt bother us. We ordered 12 chicken sandwiches and agian the same manager in a red button up shirt was nasty and rude with us as if we did somthing wrong. So while im waiting outside in parking lot for my order wich i dont feel so comfortable giving my kids but money doesn'tnt grow on trees.
Order incorrect after multiple times of repeating it to the person over the Drive Thru microphone. The kid at the window was nice, but it is aggravating when you repeat something several times (and I’m not a quiet person) and it is still incorrect. And people don’t care what they were “charged for” they care about what they repeated in the drive thru - literally three times.
Cold fries burger also always have enjoyed Wendys got surprised this time won't stop me from trying again.
Yikes, what was good about it? After 20 minutes to order and receive food, it wasn't good. It was super busy but totally understaffed. There was trash on the floor in the line to order. They did the best they could but cold overcooked fries and lukewarm hamburgers. If we hadnt been leaving town we never would have stayed.
Doesn't deserve stars. Horrible service ordered first before 15 people and still waiting! Got my money back stay away from this location!
Came here to try the new baconator breakfast sandwich. First day, manager said it was almost closing time for breakfast, come back next morning, see him. Came by, he wasn't there next day. Today, no one knew who he was, really didn't care. I was really looking forward to reviewing the new sandwiches for Trip Advisor, since the two hotels across the street have guests looking for a decent breakfast. Advertising might get customers here, but the lazy, disinterested staff lose the business. Probably won't go to any Wendy's ever again, even though we used to go to Rt 301 and University all the time.

My boyfriend and I stopped in to grab a quick lunch with the puppy. We went through drive through. I asked for a back double stack in the biggie bag, but we were charged for one with the bag and one without. We weren’t upset about being charged for two because I’d eat two. No big deal. Except that we were only given one burger. His burger was ice cold. Not ‘cooled down’ from the two minutes it took to eat it. Cold ️ I wasn’t given the ranch for my nuggies, and he want given a fork for the baked potato he ordered. He was also charged for sour cream that wasn’t on the potato and I was given regular lemonade when I asked for peach lemonade. But at least that gave us a free small water with no ice for the puppy.
