Wendy's, Tampa FL

Great service and I kid you not, one of the best maintained restrooms of the Wendy's that I have been to in Florida.

Multiple times they’ve failed to get the order right. Asks for vinaigrette dressing, get southwest dressing. Order a pecan apple salad, get the southwest avocado salad (which was also not correct as there was no avocado in it!) and was given the wrong dressing for. Amazing they want $15 an hour for this level of work.

The food is always COLD! Which sucks because it is conveniently located right off of the interstate. If you plan on visiting this location your best option is to Sk at the ordering window if the fries are fresh otherwise be prepared to receive cold fries and heaven forbid you order nuggets, they are so dry they taste like cardboard. This location is not worthy of one star!

On a lunch time visit, the meat was dry & not warm. Might have been good chili meat, but not good to be a juicy Wendy's burger. I ate half of it because it was my lunch break and I had no time to go find a better meal. Then it turned out that there were no outdoor trash cans. Bummer of a lunch break.

Very slow. Mask not worn correctly. People cooking & coughing with No gloves on. Menu prices are different than what the "manager" rung up. I bypass this place and go to Lennys Sub down the street.

4 out of 5 times they mess my order up, I went last night and the fries had so much salt on then i had to throw them away, the cashier hyla was very polite and nice I appreciated her customer service but those fries would have killed me if I ate them.

Decent location for a quick bite for lunch.they have some nice options for lower-calorie or healthier lifestyles such as bunless burgers or salads.

Terrible service plus they don't give your receipt when you ask for it. They messed up my order every single time.

Wait was too long my crispy sandwiches wasnt hot nd not enuff mayo on them. My fries were warm terrible I had 2 4 for 4's

The place can be cleaner. I had a chicken sandwich and all the lettuce were out side the sandwich. Their chilli is very good.

The food is always incorrect, the people are not very friendly at all. I've tried to go back at different times thinking maybe it is just those shifts but it had been consistently a not great experience.

They mess up my order and charged for a Baconator and ot didn't even had bacon on it. Beside i had to wait long also

Out of all of the Wendy’s I have been too this location has the best customer service that I’ve been to. The employees are always polite and smiling. The food is always fresh.

This was one of the best Wendy's I have been. The cashier made the experience very special. She was very polite, yes ma'am no.sir. She had the best attitude it showed and it made the experience that much special. I would go out of my way to go back here, hoping she was working

I only gave them one star only because they are open late. Last night me and my coworkers ordered meals from this location the food was cold and looked like it had been reheated. I started throwing up an hour after eating and I've been sick all night. Man do you know how hard is to take xare of people when you're feeling sicker then your patients.

I had came in a couple days ago to speak to the manager, Rebecca, and honestly that was one of the worst mangers I’ve dealt with. I spoke to her regarding a small mishap made with the sandwich and her attitude was nasty! Instead of resolving the issue as soon as possible she wanted to argue. I left Wendys dissatisfied. I will never eat here nor recommend anyone to eat at this Wendy’s due to the lack of self control and attitude from the manager.

Go vegan. Stop buying fast food and take 30 min to cook something at your home and take it with you to work.

I went here twice and they got my order correct and fast. Quality was not compromised because of speed. Overall nice place.

This Wendy’s has some very rude employees, I went through the drive thru and ordered something and forgot to ask for no mustard on sandwich and when I got to the window the manager seemed like he had an attitude, and in the back I heard a girl yelling I’m not remaking that! As the window was open! How rude can you be? Very unprofessional, that’s why they work there I guess?
