Store still open no one comes to the microphone to take orders I know it's late but if you suppose to be open be open.

This is one of the best Wendy's I've ever been to the food is always fresh and is amazing it's not just thrown together.

Great food always fresh. Might have to ask for salt on the fries because they always come hot n fresh but never salted

I don’t normally make reviews but this place is unsanitary and the food is never hot or fresh and rarely correct.terrible location.

We love their chicken nuggets and fries. It does great in a pinch. Don't go within a hour and a half to two hours before closing because they're already stopping things and you'll wait thirty minutes for an order. There were a few nights that we went and the lights were off and some of the staff were sitting at tables in their dining room. They were better about this the last time we were there but we won't make a habit of late night dining here.

1 star is to much.they dont have nothing on that store.no chili no ketchup no mayo no bbq no lettuce

I went to the Wendy's on Normandy at 9: 45 am for breakfast and was told at the drive thru that they were in the middle of a shift change and that it would be 30 minutes before they could take my order. I have worked in the fast food industry myself and have never heard of anything so outrageous! To make things worse I returned at 10: 10 only to be told that they were no longer serving breakfast as they were setting up for lunch! This is not the first time i have had the exact same difficulties at this location! The times that I was actually able to place an order I would be asked to pull up and wait on my order which usually takes atleast 15 to 20 minutes! Once I actually had to go back to the window to check on the status of my order! Needless to say they will not get anymore of my business or anyone of my numerous friends and family after I relate my experiences! Worse service i've ever seen in my 65 years!

My husband and I went to Wendy’s for a bowl of chili and frosty frosty. When we went through the drive-through there was so much laughing and carrying on but when the girl finally asked us what we wanted and we told her a chocolate Frosty she said they had no Frosty’s. Then we said we wanted a small bowl of chili and she said they have no chili. I’m wondering if they really had this and just didn’t feel like working.

The food wasn't all that great and the rush you to get out of line and have known to mess up several orders in the past but they aren't as bad about it as the one off of casset.

Just wrote a bad review about the one on Post street last night, and now less than 12 hours later I’m having the same issue with the Normandy location. Had to repeat my order at the second window 3 times. Each time they kept coming back more confused. I don’t get it? They only have one drive they lane, unlike McDonald’s, what’s so confusing here? Also they have a tattered and raggedy looking red sign in the first drive thru window that looks disgusting and like it should have been thrown away years ago. Makes me wonder whether it’s even sanitary inside their kitchen!

Went on 10/27. The worst! Sat at the drive thru speaker for 10 minutes before I could be helped. Only 1 car in front of me. The $35 meals consisted of HARD overcooked hamburg. Totaly not impressed. The only thing that was impressive was the girl at the window with 3 inch eyelashes! Never before have I seen anyone put on eyelashes that long! Must be a Guinness book of world records event! Went from first to worst in my book.

Every time I order through the app I get pulled up. What’s the point in ordering through the app if I get pulled up everytime? ! Usually it’s just for just a salad. One time someone delivered my food to the car and was on the phone and totally ignored me. Tonight to top it off I received expired parmesan crisps.

Came back tonight because my spicy Chicken was hard and not fresh as if its been sitting in the warmer for 5 hours. I recieved regular nuggets instead of the spicy nuggets I asked for and i asked for no ice in my lemonade but received ice in it. When I arrived at the restaurant they were willing to fix it with no problem but when I recieved my second chicken sandwich it was just the same as the first. I was disappointed and showed the lady (Kia) what my sandwich looked like I explained how unacceptable this is. KIA showed sympathy and apologized and offered to make my sandwich personally and so I agreed and I am very happy with my sandwich. Thank you Ms Kia for understanding and for turning my bad experience into a good one

Do not order from this particular Wendy's. They will get all your orders wrong. Ordered Classic Chicken Sandwich with only Cheese asked for no mayo, no lettuce, no tomato. This was not the case all the items I had asked not to be put on Sandwich was on Sandwich but no Cheese. Also ordered Baconator fries and was given a bake potato instead. Also ordered 10 PC Crispy nuggets and there were only 4 in the box/container.

I was very displeased with the
service the chicken thigh was so small and the drink tasted like seltzer water. I had turned back around and go back in to the drive through to fix my order. They gave me another drink and another small piece of thigh.

Service was so slow. We waited in the drive thru for almost 30 minutes just to get to the speaker to order

3rd time in 2 weeks i gace come here an hour before closing, the employees are in the lobby eating, including the manager. They let you sit for 20 minutes before you finally pull up and they are all just chillin in the dining room. Hey corporate y'all should investigate this.
