After waiting in line for 30 mins and repeating our order at least 4 different times, we got our food and the wrong drinks. Of course the dining room is closed, so we had to go elsewhere to use the restroom, and it would have been another 20 minute wait to get our drinks fixed. "Apple slices" were rotten.

Those girls were working their buttons off! There was a long line at the drive thru and we all got thru it super quick. Order was fresh, they were super friendly and a very good experience over all.

I have never been here! I called this place to ask if they were selling the fish sandwich. The lady answered the phone “Wendys! ” as if english isn’t her first language to form a whole sentence with. I asked her how she doing was and she stated, “fine, ” without a polite rebuttal. I went on to ask my question. She replied, “No, ” and hung up immediately after! First of all girl, you work at Wendys! That’s the joke. I called 10/9 at 2: 10pm.

Would be great if the dining room wasn't always closed. I cant even eat here because I ride a bicycle to work every day.

I mean it kind of sucks I came here thinking that I could sit down and eat before I had to start my shift at work and online it shows that the dining room is open but then when you approach the door they have sorry for the inconvenience dining room is temporarily closed and I don't understand why they just updated everything online but yet dining room is still closed

Order online through uber eats! Highly disappointed! Cold sandwiches, no sauces on the side after being ordered, saugy chips! Cold coffee almost water (i guess they made way before handing over the order to driver) Not a customer anymore wendys!

Stopped here and went through the drive -thru and ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and fries with a drink and spent $9.73. The sandwich was very dry, over cooked, and lukewarm. It was disgusting! It’s sad to spend almost $10 and waste your money. I only gave it one star because the fries were hot.

These people need to be retrained in customer service. Very rude tried to tell me what to order because I didn't just have my order ready as soon as I drove up. They had no customers and the sign was still on breakfast at almost 11 am kinda hard to order lunch or breakfast when I can't see the lunch menu.

Visiting during lunch rush, and was quickly given my meal and it was very fresh and hot.

Edit for more recent visit; my mobile order was slightly incorrect, however the manager (?) was very nice about correcting it quickly. Great customer service.

¡¡Just consider driving to another restaurant/Wendy’s!
This Wendy’s has the worst service.
They got my order wrong twice for a fourth time in the last 2 weeks. I like Wendy’s but the service here is just awful.

No inside dining doors were locked only drive-thru window and there were way too many cars very slow moving when we finally got our order and drove away it was all wrong and I do mean all wrong 90% wrong will never go back terrible service they just didn't seem to care

I never right bad reviews but for this I had too! This is the third time we have bad experience with this place. We ordered pick up online, we drove to the windows 1h30 before closing time, and they turned off the light and the screens acting like they are off. Now we got charged and didn’t get our food. This isn’t the first time.
Also, Twice we ordered pick up and twice half of the order was missing. Customers services terrible as well.

Everyone from the person on the speaker, the person that takes the money, and the person who hands you the food had a poor attitude. They didn’t give me the chicken nuggets that went with the meal. The door is locked because I guess they’re dining in is closed. I had to go back through and get the chicken nuggets. Then I noticed after I pulled off they never gave me my drinks. I attempted to call the restaurant no one picked up the phone.

This locations purposely turns off the lights so customers don’t order. I’ve come here several times at night 2/3 hours before closing and they turn off the lights of the exterior to look as if they’re closed.

No customers.none, just me, order spicy chicken only cheese.don't get spicey, didn't get cheese I did get brown lettuce and mayonnaise.called store got attitude, refused apology, refused contact with her supervisor.and the kid in window looked filthy, I've seen sanitation workers look cleaner, also almost all lights turned off.at 8 pm when they claimed to be open til 2 NO REPLY OR CONTACT FROM UPPER MANAGEMENT I GUESS THEY DO NOT CARE EITHER, I"D LIKE TO ADD THE MGR ON DUTY ACUSSED ME OF BEING DRUNK WHEN I CALLED AND ASKED FOR CONTACT INFORMATION OF OWNER OR UPPER MANAGEMENT

My family submitted a mobile order after we parked in the correct parking. We waited for 10 minutes and nothing. An employee notified the drive through employee that a mobile order came in. Then it took another 4 minutes for our order to be ready and delivered to us. It was very frustrating because we had two small children in the car. The food was hot and fresh but I would recommend going into the establishment we're going through the drive through as the mobile order experience was not the way to go. Also for some reason at this location you could not change your kids order to anything besides the default fruit and juice.
