Burgers nice and Juicy, Love the fully dressed burger. However, if you taste the meat patty all by itself it is bland and lacks any type of flavor.
I don't really eat Wendy's food, but this time I wanted something different. Well I sure got it! YUCK! Nope I will not eat food here. I only like the chocolate malt! They taste Great!
Waited 25 mins for a strawberry lemonade sprite regular lemonade and 4 plain jr bacon cheeseburgers that didn’t even come out plain.horrible service.i would hope there’s some type of compensation for this experience.
Food is hit or miss. When it first opened I loved it. But eventually it started to become a hassle everynight after work. I'd pull up to a lit up drive thru and be told "we are unexpectedly closed right now" and that's IF someone responds. I have actually been told by customers before the employees that they are closed after they themselves have also waited in the Drive-Thru for 5 to 10 minutes. Sometimes they don't even get your order right either I've asked for sauces and paid for them if never gotten them before sometimes the food's not fresh I've been given fries that have set inside of the sunlamp for way too long all around the quality of this establishment has dropped drastically. I don't enjoy their services anymore.
Friendly staff at the drive thru. Love that breakfast baconator with a vanilla frostacinno. Easy app ordering/paying.
Great place, quick in and out. Just needs some customer greeting lessons. Some young people think they can walk all over older people.
I’ve just had the worst Wendy’s experience ever. The cashier working the drive thru this evening was the rudest person ever! I’m assuming Lydasha (the cashier) was having a bad day (but this should not have been taken out on customers). I’m usually one to be understanding, but this young lady needs a course in customer service etiquette. My food was all the way wrong, and my fries were old and cold. I called the actual restaurant 12 times to speak with a manager, and got no answer. I called the number on the back of my receipt and stayed on hold for an hour and 42 minutes just for no one to answer the 24 hour customer service line. I’m so disgusted and disappointed with this Wendy’s and the lack of professionalism I had to deal with today.
Manager was pleasant. Cashier's seemed to be playing around instead of listening and taking orders correctly. Restroom needed attention, tp was not in the holder, was on floor. Had to wait on an item, staff didn't have any prepared. Not the best I've been to, and I usually go to Wendy's for fast food.

Dining room should not be closed. You need to stop using covid as an excuse to lock your doors and do drive thru only. I drive a tall Medical vehicle and cannot get through the drive thru.
By far, my favorite Wendy’s. Food is always fresh. Always has my mobile order ready fast and they don’t skimp on ingredients!
Both times I went here for mobile order in curb side pick up was horrible. After calling inside 3 to 4 times it finally came out after 15 minutes the first time. The second time we waited for over 30 minutes. They lied to us on the phone saying it was coming out, still took 5 more minutes. Horrible service.
