Wendy's, Davenport FL

Worst place told them I wanted my food fresh the girl at the window she told me to park up wait and when get home my food was cold and not fresh call the store to report it and never got a answer.

Never eat at this Wendy's. I never provide feedback, but after last nights experience at this restaurant I want to warn everyone. The service and quality was unacceptable. I have never seen such a poor example of leadership at a Wendy's. You have been warned!

Just because this wendys is usually not too busy, but like all other Wendy's they make you wait. Which is ok because the food is well made!

I Ate a baconator at the Wendy’s and later the day I threw up because the baconator ended being a bad burger. The Wendy’s crew need to cook their burgers very well before serving. Poor quality food service… thank you

Food was and drive thru staff was prompt. Due to, be careful when you take a left at the light you then take am immediate left onto the frontage road.

Impossibly slow. Told every car in the drive thru to park and wait. 25m and still no food. Closed the dining room at 9: 15pm for no reason. Told us “cash only” to encourage people to leave so the employees didn’t have to work. Food was cold once we got it. Do not go here.

For these workers to be getting paid $10 an hour for subpar work is beyond me. I had to repeat every section of my order multiple times. You would think with all that I would have a correct order but no. When I got to the cash out window she didn't even address me, just told me my bill. She didn't even give me a receipt or straws or spoons. Never again wendys, never again.

I would rate it lower if I could. Ordered on the mobile app, went through the drive-thru where they told us to wait in a parking spot, and we have been waiting for 30 minutes with no end in sight.

Super bad experience today, when we asked for a lemonade and the asdociate that make them shake the beverage putting he's hand dirty without sanitizing them all over the lid, we ask for the manager in charge to complaint about that her name was Stacy and she don't do nothing that resolve the bad experience, so I understand that safety food procedures are very nasty in that store, never come back to that place and for now on I don't think I visit Wendy's again.

Please teach your employees not to give customers cold food. You shouldn't be making 2 or 3 baskets of fries at once and it is slow. Then when folks come to place an order you want to give people them fries that been sitting under that heat for 5 or more minutes.

Horrible, rude, incompetent staff and service…watched multiple people walk out and complain about orders while inside waiting with my family. My order 3 combo meals took over 30 minutes and was cold when served. Just a bunch of punk kids standing around laughing about customers complaints. Any other Wendy’s in a 60 mile radius is worth the drive to avoid this place until they clean house. Absolutely embarrassing for the company and any employee who works there.

This was the worst Wendy's ever visited. You get a worker that tell you he don't understand English well in Spanish, but at soon you speak Spanish that worker start speaking gibberish like he don't understand. We didn't order and visited Mac Donald's that was right beside.

I go here a couple times a month as I work night shift nearby and it's one of the few places open. The speaker for the drive-thru hasn't worked properly in years. You can barely hear it and it sounds like the person talking is underwater.

I have had various occasions where they would only give the basic Dave's single cause they were either "out of everything else" or "didn't serve it after 8pm. " I mean everything. Baconator, chicken nuggets, chicken sandwich, chicken wrap, frosty.

The wait in the drive through is always excessive. They will take an order and send the customer to the window, then wait until that customers food is made and they have driven away before they even take the next customers order. I have spent 30 minutes in the drive through with only 2 people in front of me, this happens regularly.

They are also VERY inconsistent with their closing time. Their website says 2am but I have seen them close at 00: 00,11: 00pm and even as early as 9: 00pm. Everytime I decide to give it a shot its a gamble if they will even be open or not. Sometimes they are and others they aren't.

On the rare chance I do get a burger its always a mess. Its never even together. Usually half of it is hanging off and I have to put it together myself.

If you can avoid this place.

Last night I had the worst chicken sandwich in fast-food history. I almost broke a tooth. The entire sandwich was a wasted one bite and had to spit it out. Shameful.

I'm going to save you some time don't go to this Wendy's it's horrible foods always cold never on time and you're always waiting even if there's nobody in the restaurant or Drive-In

It's exactly what you would expect from a Wendy's. Restaurant and facilities were clean. Staff was professional and to the point.
