Wendy's, West Melbourne FL

Three employees woman in the front were too busy talking to even acknowledge me, literally looked at me then turned their backs to me. The 2 men working on the grill looked over but noone said anything for almost 10 min. I was about to leave when one of the women finally said "I can take your order now ". Definitely not the atmosphere or service we get at the Wendy's near where we live in Orland, was just in town visiting family.

Employees were all very rude and unfriendly, had friends coming in and out of the restaurant yelling and laughing. I had my two young children eating their food while the staff were yelling every cuss word you can think of.

The place was also filthy and that alone should’ve made me walk out before even ordering food.

The food was extremely cold and tasted like it had sat in grease all day. The cook was more interested in having conversations on the line than making the food. We actually thought the wait was due to the food needing to finish cooking but when we tasted it we knew quickly it was just they had other priorities. Never again

Drive through service is mostly ok, but dine in is terrible. On more than one occasion we've had to stand there and wait for someone to acknowledge us with no one else in line and has taken up to 10 minutes. Food has been fine overall.

Food is fine, yet I agree with the comments about waiting and the absurdly rude staff. I had two great experiences which turned out to be anomalies. Shockingly rude and disappointing staff on six (?) subsequent. Skip this one and eat elsewhere.

This place has tanked! I've been witnessing the decline ovee the laat few months.

SSSSSLLLLLLOOOOOOWWWWWWW drive thru now when it used to be at least decent. 5pm Friday: 21 minutes from the time I pulled up to microphone to get my order.and then they forgot an item.

Atmosphere is 5 stars, but then I'm listening to music in my vehicle while I wait in line so I control that.

Today's burger (baconator) both patties overcooked and dry.

Really ashamed as I REALLY like (D) Wendy's.

Just wish the place was clean the staff was friendly and working hard but they looked to be short staffed which is probably why it was not very clean they were obviously doing their best to keep us customers happy with the food.

This may be the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to in my life. They are SO RUDE there and it’s for absolutely no reason. Especially the woman with the glasses at the 2nd window in the drive thru. She is so miserable and clearly hates her job. She has to be the one of rudest people I’ve ever come into contact with at a fast food restaurant. And she has such a whatever attitude that I’m sure she’ll see this and say “kick rocks” but I hope whoever is in charge of this establishment knows exactly how rude she is and takes some type of action. People shouldn’t be nervous to go to Wendy’s because their scared of the service they are going to recieve. Just give me my food and keep it going. No need for rolling eyes, attitudes out any of that non sense… very disappointed.

Extremely rude order taker in drive thru. First was impatient with my order. I wantef to order more. I wanted to order something for myself but was rudely given my total within a second (maybe 2 seconds) of ordering my wife's meal. Then asked if there was a specifc item on the menu in which I was initially ignored then 2 peopme abruptky tell me it is not on the menu. As I drove thru to pay I asked if it was a big deal to add XL fries and got an eye roll and really no answer just the total after she yelled it back to her colleague and placed it in the register. I was asked go pull forward so someone could bring out the food. Which I followed the direction. No more than a minite later the SAME person (a female) came out the door to very loudly tell me to move to the Mobile parking. With an expression on her face I can only convey as hate. Very large eyes with her teeth clenched whole her brow showed disgust. I followed tje instructions. I jumped out to find a trash can in which i found none outside. As I circled thr Wendy's I saw my food was dropped off. I walked into the wendys to frop some trash and mentioned to the gentleman walking in sith me how rude the lady was. He asked what happened. I gave a very brief (5 sdcond summary) in which he said he would say something to the lady. The food was Hot. The food was very good. I will always come back to Wendy's but probably not this one.

This is my favorite Wendy’s by far in the Melbourne, West Melbourne and Palm Bay Area. The night crew who I see very often is the sweetest people I have ever met.

Im sorry but y is everyone mad about the service? Cmon y’all its a wendys.wendys isnt a gourmet restaurant, sure ppl can be rude but u cant let that ruin ur whole day just take ur food and move on, ofc if ur food tastes bad, or if its not edible, or they got u the wrong thing you can ask for a refund or a new one. Ive been to this wendys a lot and my foods been fine, the employees can be rude, just dont be smart with them or anything and just order, pay, wait, and then go lol its that simple

I've been to this location twice, once at night and once during the day. Both visits I waited an absurd amount of time because they do not even take your order until they've cleared out the car in front of you to prevent the drive thru timer from counting your actual time there. I ordered 1 meal at night and waited 30 minutes after the order was placed because the employee gave my order to another car that was waiting and then I waited 20 minutes total for a large drink today. They have plenty of staff and thankfully I have equal amounts patience but not wasting anymore time, will drive a little further to another wendys for better service

Ordered food on Postmates 40 minutes before the store closed. Got a message from the 3rd person who was sent to get my food that they are “now closed and don’t have your food”

This place is a joke. Counted at least 5 people and took almost 15 minutes to get the order. Frostys had condensation of how long they were sitting at the window. People outside knocking on the door because their orders were wrong and no one was opening.

Listen to the other reviewers. The service here is straight bad. Was charged, told to wait, then they don’t have what I was charged for. So now I need to get a refund through my bank. Lesson learned to never come to this location again.
