Wendy's, Key West FL

Just there. Guy at window did not say a word, no greeting, no thank you, not even the price. I said hello and thank you. Food was a 3. He could use some customer experience training or be a cook.

Wendy's makes awesome baked potatoes with cheddar and bacon. It's my favorite item on the menu.

Burger was ok. The second and probably last one of my life at Wendy's. They're better at chicken imho. Hard to taste the burger with so much catsup. Every table in there was some degree of sticky or dirty. Bathroom was clean.

Food pricey for "fast food" and portions are very small. Staff nice, place appeared clean.

Another location with customers locked out of dining in. I won’t support these restaurants trying to convert to drive-thru only. If they would have at least had a sign alerting drivers to fact they are drive thru only, I would not have left any review. Instead they seem okay with wasting potential customers’ time.

I guess they ran out of regular nuggets and just took it upon themselves to give me half spicy. It was evening time and dark and I didn’t realize and gave them to my toddler. She starts screaming and holding her mouth and I have no idea what’s wrong with her for a couple minutes. This is absolutely unacceptable and of course I can’t get anyone on the phone. Service is a JOKE in the Keys.

They were doing some work inside the store and the ice machines were having problems so we had to wait a while to get some ice other than that everything was fine and it could not be in a better location this place is fantastic.

Food always fresh, and service is always on point. Clean restrooms, and timely drive thru service.

Good team that works here. Like everywhere, they are experiencing shortages. But they are a nice staff and the food is always good and fresh. Cookies are good. Only downside is the number of sodas "unavailable". A meal for $5.38 and a friendly staff. Not getting that anywhere else on the island.

Now this store has had its ups and downs it is currently in and up they have two self-serve drink machines and currently they're both operational the staff is fairly efficient they do not have kiosks which this senior really loves as a senior is still entitled to a free drink it is a nice location for a cool down on a hot day with a very nice view of one of our nicer looking Bays here in Key West tell them SoBeSparky sent you

Probably the best fast food place in town, fast and hot u can't say that about the rest

The guy at the window gave me one ketchup when I politely as for a lot. Also got my entire order wrong and laughed in my face

Really bad restaurant. Can't hear what you're saying and give wrong things in drive through. Don't come here. Bad service.

I was there today.ordered 4 cheese bergers.staff couldn't muster a hello.goodbye or a smile. Got to my car and burgers were cold.i won't be back and as a local I will spread the word. As with all failing businesses. It starts at the top.manager should be fired

The McDonalds down the street makes this Wendy’s look extra good… at least the line moves and you get your food within a reasonable amount of time

Food was ok. Drive through was difficult to understand. We had four people in the car and as we ordered the order taker said wait you want TWO of those? Yes actually three. When we got to the window, we asked if the inside was open and we're simply told it's not ten yet as if we were supposed to know. Improve the customer service please.

The service was the worst I have ever had at a Wendy's. Very slow, drink counters with food spilled on them, no drink lids. Inside there were only 6 people but the manager kept telling the counter people to not take more orders until they caught up. Ordered bacon on burger and did not get it. Ordered med drink and got small. Ordered Chili and it was practically meatless. Recommend you stay away around noon.

The worst experience I’ve had. Made my burger wrong and the kid proceeds to pick off the lettuce and tomato on it with his bare hands and try's to give it back to me when I told him I wasn’t taking that cause he was picking through it he wrapped it back up and put it with the other burgers to be given out to other customers. Very dirty inside, rude workers, no lids, straws or napkins stocked. 10/10 do not recommend!
