18Worst service ever, had no soda, complained when we asked for basic things like dressing for salads, ketchup, and the fries that were on our order. Oh, and not fast, took forever.
Literally the worst Wendy's location.
Everytime I try, yes TRY to order here, the computer just crashed. Did the computer crash? Or do you close in the next 45 min to 60 min? Your hours are posted. Follow the.posted hours or close 45 min earlier. Just saying. Do you not like money?
Update. July 25 2022 10: 25pm.
The computers were down again. Must have the worst system in the world.
Or just don't feel like taking orders.

Really wish I could give no stars.
Horrible place, went for lunch and the drive through wait was 20 mins. Then they didn't have the items on the menu and refused to compensate with something similar. Wasted my whole lunch hour and received no food. Save yourself the aggravation and go to Checkers down the block.
Waited 10 minutes to be greeted at drive thru, then asked to wait for another 5 minutes. The worker taking my order had an accent that was clearly a joke, never had someone do that before. Most of what I wanted they said they didn't have in stock. I decided to drive north to Hypoluxo exit off 95 and they were able to complete my order. When I drove passed the drive thru window there were two guys just looking at me, it was really weird. I won't be coming back to this location. I am surprised it's even open, reading the reviews.
Worst Wendy’s I ever been to. I spend my entire 30 min lunch break either waiting inside or in the drive thru. No one even says anything to you when you walk inside to order. Everyone looks at you like they don’t speak English. How hard it is to make burgers & fry french fries? Apparently, it’s very hard.
Just went there, they first forgot my drinks and now just got home and now noticed they forgot one of my meals. How hard is your job? ! Seriously? ! What a waste of money
I waited 20 mins just for someone to go and take my order then after that everyone there was super rude and wasn't doing their job, and after that they got my whole order wrong DON'T GO TO THIS WENDY'S
Been here a few times. Last visit no one answered the drive thru. Decided to go inside and again no one took my order. Got a few looks and that was it. I just decided to leave.
Slowest Wendy's I've been to. I ordered a salad.took 12 minutes. Hiw is that possible. I went inside.just dreadful. I've had fries come out cold.the salad was the last straw.haha
I order 2 cheese burgers and 2 chicken sandwiches and they forgot one of my chicken sandwiches don’t order from here. Called them multiple times did not pick up.and when they picked up and told them they hanged up on me.
If there was a way to upload a video I would. When we got here, the manager and employees were screaming at each other in what seems like French creole. Bathrooms disgusting, training in customer service is questionable, and food was over-cooked. Franchise needs to really investigate best practices here.
Was in drive-thru for 27 minutes I ordered a classic chicken sandwich. When I got home I found they gave me a spicy chicken sandwich.: (
Horrible service and they stated cash only. Seemed very suspect that a fast food restaurant drive thur only accepted cash no receipt and dropped my change not offering to pick it up. Never again please avoid
Tonight was the 3rd night in a row I've stopped at this wendys and they've told me they can't take orders in the drive thru and their dinning roomcis closed. Tonight at 10: 30pm I stop and an employee is outside smoking so I proceeded to the drive thru where a man said "we can't take orders in the drive thru tonight. " So I asked if they were closed and he said no they just couldn't take orders right now. So I drove around and see the man and another employee sitting in a dark dinning room. So I checked the hours on the door and they don't close till 1am.
This location is meh. The burger meat had zero flavor except for the grilled taste. Condiments added the rest of the flavor. I expected much better.
This location never wants to give you a receipt. They manager asks over the drive through speaker are you paying cash? What does it matter. Coorporate needs to look into the employees there and if they are pocketing Wendys cash. They always are out of ketchup, I told the cashier you made my burger with ketchup, so please put me some in a container. I asked for ranch, she says we don’t have any. I ask for mayo she says I have just one pack. This is ridiculous you sell burgers and French fries, you should always have ketchup or make up containers for your customer can enjoy their food with the condiments of their choice
Cashier was very rude and was rushing us to order. And kept asking if we were done ordering. They even got our order wrong. Terrible.
10 pm 3 cars in front of us waited 40 min in line.go to the order window and was asked to wait.left after another 5 min. Went to Steak and Shake 9 cars in line. Waited 15 min to leave with food in hand. Wendy's needs some serious help. Poor management.
