Hamburger Restaurant Wendy's reviews
16Very good food, but they got my order wrong twice in a row. I gotta say though, it was worth it. Update: I ordered a baked potato, and they told everyone to evacuate. I didn't get my potato
Not only did it take them an excessive amount of time to do my order and the car in front of me, but they switched the orders on me. The other customer is lucky he didn’t have to eat the way overdone fries and “hamburgers” that were 50% cheese and had burnt patties.
Rushed at the menu. Salad was freezer burnt and bacon was undercooked. Other than that just a normal wwndys nothing special
Asked for a chili and told they’re out of chili
Asked for a baked potato and told they’re out of potatos
Asked for a Frosty and told they’re out of Frostys
Then why are you even open if you have nothing
Annoyed
Service is horrible. No surprise. We asked for 2 large fries and a double baconator and a bacon double stack. The lady says some “large coke and what else”. Wow lady. Horrible listening skills! We repeated our order about 5 times and asked did she get the two fries and two sandwiches, she said yes. We got paid out and no we didn’t get all our food. So we were parked only to get our one sandwich 10 seconds later. Our burgers were cold, cheese wasn’t even melted. Found a hair in one of the burgers too. Horrible service and horrible people who work there. After repeating and asking for our order several times, they still had the audacity to say that they didn’t hear about the double baconator. Never eating there again. Nasty food and very disgusting people working there.
Just like the majority of the restaurants in the area they too are challenged by being understaffed, however, I will admit, the crew here are very professional and attentive.
As for the Food, given what they have to deal with, is always Fresh Tasting.
Thank you for your hard work
Wendy's has failed completely at getting the mobile ordering right. Last time I was there for over an hour, and they still messed up my order. And I do understand that there is a personnel shortage everywhere, but this goes beyond that. The instructions on the phone app, which are also posted at the curbside pickup parking spaces is to report on when you arrive using the phone app. We did that but after 30 minutes, I had to walk in. They had no idea I had checked in and told me I should have gone to the drive thru. But that they would take care of it. Thirty minutes later, I was still waiting for my order. When it finally arrived, they got it completely wrong. Not only were items wrong, but what we ordered using reward points was not in the bags. At that point we were too tied and hungry to go back in to argue with them. So we just left with what we got and topped it off from a nearby MacDonald's.
If this is due to understaffing, I would recommend shutting down indoor dinning and focusing on drive thru.
The food we did get was good as usual, though
Nuggets were burnt, soda had no ice, fries were burnt and cashier at window was rude. Never again
Drive-through lady never spoke.just talking on her cellphone non work related. And had to pull forward and wait 8 minutes
*NOT THE SAME menu as usual.
A lot of menu items not on menu. But what me and my husband ordered was ok
There was no ice in the drink machine. There was not enough ketchup in either of the 2 ketchup pumps. The chocolate frosty machine was down. It was only 7pm. The cashier was very friendly. My sandwich and fries were hot.
No one at the front of the restaurant when we entered @ 10: 10am. Went there for a couple of biscuit sandwiches. Well my chicken biscuit was good especially the biscuit. Well let's say this, the biscuits are good! The floor is very slippery could use a good soapy mopping! No pictures coming.
I waited 20 minutes in the drive through, there was only two people in front of me. I expected to see only one person working and when I got to the window I saw three people inside and there was one person outside. My hamburger was burnt (it actually was tuff and crunchy) and almost cold. The guaranteed fresh crispy fries were not hot or crispy! I wanted a chocolate frosty and they did not have the chocolate flavor. I have been to Wendy's only once in the last five years. It will probably take my ten years to forget the poor service and the terrible food!
I had the new spicy salad without the chicken. It was really good. The interior was very clean and we'll kept.
This is the third time that I have been to this Wendy's and had to sit for almost 20 minutes to get my food and then the food is not prepared correctly and it was cold and quite frankly The New Normal of being ripped off in restaurants everywhere you go it's starting to get old and what's the point of complaining no one ever responds anymore this is ridiculous and no way to run a business
This location on Granada is getting horrible as time goes on. Food is less than par. The inside dining is not very clean. Service is slow
