Wendy's, Miami FL

My friend and I just finished getting food at Wendy's and I can say with certainty that Jason, the man who served us, is the best worker in his industry. We pulled up to order our food and he was so patient, kind, attentive and just everything that the food service industry is supposed to be. Not once in my life have I ever left a drive-thru so happy because Jason honestly made our day. All the way back home we were raving about how sweet and gentle he was, asking us if we had any questions and taking the extra time to just be a nice and courteous person. I truly hope that he or his managers find this message because I can guarantee that I am not the only person who has been on the receiving end of his outstanding hospitality and I truly believe that he should be recognized and awarded profusely for the work he is doing. People like him are hard to come in today's day and age and is a gem amongst them all. Thank you again Jason for tour service, you are the best and I wish you well!

I ordered a 4 for 4 double stack and got a single patty burger, a kid's drink and they didn't even add the sauce. I asked the old guy about the drink and he said that's what they give. Avoid this place.

I feel terrible for the people that work with this person because the man is verbally abusive towards the workers here. JOEL maybe he is a manager that believes doing this is ok but it's not. I was at the second window for less than a min and the horrible things he was saying about other workers is unacceptable. I'm sure the workers don't say anything for fear of losing their job.

Cannot get enough of my Frosty's love the new chicken classic sandwich 245 it can't go wrong now they have the $5 biggie bag which fills you up really well and they've improved their baked potatoes

Food is usually warm and well made, no complains there. But my 5 stars go to Jason. He is seriously the most professional and nicest attendant I’ve encountered in a while. He is always super attentive to the order, well spoken, calm and contagiously nice. We work close by and usually pick up quick lunch here, it’s always nice to see him at the pickup window. I hope he gets an awesome bonus or a raise, cause he’s way nicer and more professional than the manager himself, no offense.

15 minutes sitting in drive thru. Resteraunt is empty and 1 car waiting in drive through. Just to order nuggets and frys. Manager and employee sitting around doing nothing. No sense of urgency. I spent more in gas waiting!

Excellent and quick service, and excellent quality! The place is family friendly, clean and quiet! I recommend 200%!

Best fast food restaurant in the area. Veronica is an amazing employee and always makes my visits great! She's always working at the drive-thru and ensures the line moves very quickly. She's the main reason I always return. Food is always fresh and served quickly.

Made my order and while I was waiting for my order a girl with long hair will you pick up the order was on her cell phone paying no mind and just busy on her cell phone texting I do not think that's right that in a place of employment and employee should be on the cell phone

The lady who was taking orders at the drive thru was extremely rude and unwelcoming and they got my drink wrong. Not coming here anymore.

I like the deal 5 dollar lunch but the French fries need work the water in the bathroom sink didn't work I have to used the woman bathroom

They seem to keep the buns and meat in either steam tables or heat lamps because it's not fresh made

Go here often because it is close, but I’ve had enough, tonight Asiago chicken sandwich was cold, cheese wasn’t melted, 2 small pieces of bacon didn’t equal 1 slice. Don’t order fries anymore because they are always cold. Beginning to know why there aren’t many cars in drive thru.

The staff and manager are really nice
Extremely clean
And very organized

My boyfriend and I just got discharged from the hospital and came here for some real food, and our order was not in the bag, so we came back, and everyone on duty was so amazing and helpful, especially Jason. Accidents happen and it’s how people fix them that matter and he was just amazing! 10/10!
