Wendy's, Tampa FL

All the food tasted like it had been sitting for a while. Been here before and was fine but around 7 on 11/12/21 it was not good at all.

Guaranteed fresh fries! And they absolutely were freshly fried! I see some major improvements and will continue to come to this particular Wendy's location!

Poor customer service at the service through window on many occasions. But i live the chocolate frosty

Great food quality, but the pick up window is out kicking their coverage. As they try hard to get you through quick, they make mistakes. I was asked if I wanted sour cream and butter with the baked potato. I said yes, but didn't get any. The 1/2&1/2 iced tea became a milk shake. I waited for a bottle of water while she took other orders. Eventually I got it after asking again.

Ordered a large chili and received a large bowl of beans. I literally stopped eating the chili to look for any sign of meat. Guess they use all the ground beef for their never frozen hamburgers. Unbelievable and very disappointing.

Worst Wendy's ever if you want to have something missing from every meal and have to waste your time and money feel free to go here and be aggravated

I asked for fresh food & they gave me old refried food & then told me to wait & then tried to hand me the same food & then went inside the store waited & they still gave me refried food it was disgusting & now I feel sick.

The boy at the drive thru, literally had the WORST attitude and is honestly quite lucky the manager saw it and came up to the window to apologize before we said something back as rude as he was. Poor customer service skills will certainly deter customers from coming back to certain places. JS.

They are always out of something and the card machine is always down. Everyone doesn't carry cash. And some associates are rude.

I went inside because drive thru was slammed. Ordered my burgers ketchup only and they has mustard pickles and onions. Ew

My autistic son was begging me for chicken nuggets after a dentist appointment this morning. We pulled into Wendy's not even thinking about it
being 9: 30 in the morning but thought it couldn't hurt to ask. Joseph, the gentleman at the window said if we were willing to wait 5 minutes he would make them for us. Thank you for the amazing customer service!

Home of the Diet Baconator. Go on Wendy's website and you can read the description of a proper Baconator which includes 6 strips of bacon, but at this location you will get only 2 strips of bacon so you won't get what you paid for but you'll save on calories though you probably aren't worried about calories if you ordered a Baconator. I gave 2 stars for the amazing speed in which they filled the order probably due to the time they saved by not putting on the correct amount of bacon.

Was here yesterday for lunch and it was fresh. Was happy about that cuz sometimes it looks like it was sitting out for a while. As for the service at the window the people they were pleasant friendly. Ordered the $5 biggie meal that was enough.

All they do is be on there phones in the back talking even the manager they need new people even there food is cold and it just sad

Very late at night drive thru slow like a turtle two person working lots of cars.the manager was the only one doing food, cashier

I love Wendy's food we always stop at Wendy's for our kids and for a quick dinner or lunch. I have to say I do enjoy there food more than other drive through location.

Really just a last choice if nothing better is open. Was drive thru only when I went. The workers don't seem to want to work.was in the drive thru lane for over 20mins.

Went there late night after football game and it had a drive thru line as long as a funeral procession! The service was okay and the food was just warm. Everything was just average!

This Wendys is ridiculously slow. Literally 20 minute wait in the drive in and dine in is not available. Wont go here anymore until they get their stuff together.
