Wendy's, Homestead FL

This place is dam horrible with uber eats fpr the last 3 orders in a row they always dont include either the small fry or tye baconator fries that i always get together. Either they keep the food or do not know how to work

After waiting in long lines I reached the window. I asked the young lady could she throw away an empty cup and she stated she couldn't because she didn't want to touch the cup. Mind you she touched the receipt she touched my food, she touched my credit card. She touched my hand so I didn't understand. Also she didn't have on any gloves.

Unfortunately this Wendy's went downhill (before this location was always excellent). But now they constantly have a problem with their "systems are down". I don't eat Wendy's often but how often does this happen that when I come to this location I am not able to order at all due to this. On top of that there's an employee there (I believe may be a general manager because he has a gray shirt but takes orders in the drive thru) and he's not only rude but have a negative demeanor. Right in front of us he tells an employee to kick everyone out of the dining area (mind you this was around only 6pm) and if anyone comes to the door to say in his words "go away". Not in a joking way but serious. Who ever owns this location PLEASE fix your system and hire staff that do not act like this in front of your customers.

I drive through at least 1ce a wk for my whole family of 5. Today I ordered my 5 meals, didn’t get my receipt! The night manager was very RUDE, I asked him for fresh fries cause for the last 3 times I’ve ordered the fries were stale and cold! He told me I should have told him when I was ordering not at the pickup window! Then the girl w/ the Fusia hair just throws the food at me like get out of here! WORST customer service I’ve ever gotten at this Resteraunt! I’ve been coming here for 13 yrs and this is the worst team ever!

When is the Florida City never had a bad experience I mean they sell real beef real food I mean when is it a great place I love Wendy's lovely do I thank you for I mean I have no complaints of witness in Florida city has a great place like I said somewhere nice to be at and eat and take your family cheaper to keep them

This is one of the better Wendy’s in the Homestead area. We’ve never had an issue with our orders here and the staff is always nice.

When is the best restaurant because they have real beef and I think a lot of people love it let me look real is healthy and is Rich and I thank you for the moment

Wendy's should really invest in some customer service training. Yes it's a fast food restaurant but you'd think they'd at least get your order right. I ordered the jalapeño chicken sandwich and got the plainest chicken sandwich I've ever seen. They didn't even give my the right chicken. Just 2 pieces of dry bread the saddest pieces of lettuce and a literal DROP of mayo. Then they said they couldn't give me a receipt because their machines don't print anything so even if I wanted to waste my time and get it fixed they wouldn't even be able to know what I actually order. There's plenty of other places ti eat in that area go anywhere else instead.

Was terrible and they didn't get our food right food was fresh but they don't answer phones down there kinda rude nope didn't like it

They gave me 2 almost frozen cheeseburgers and what must have been a soda that must have been sitting around for a while because it was flat and watered-down. The manager was extremely unprofessional, he became very combative the moment i mentioned that the food was still very cold. He had no name tag and refused to give me his name and refused to remake the order when I initially asked politely because mistakes happen. There was no reason for him to lose his temper like that.

This Wendy's is upgrading a lot. It has the drink station that contains over 100 variety of drinks. When I went at 11: 00a.m there was no line surprisingly. I'm excited for this Wendy's it has potential and it's always been here. Food was delicious as always. It felt a bit fresher. I'm always excited to see the drink that will always be plus.

Always slow, nothing ever works, literally just went there for them to tell us their fryers dont work after waiting in line for 30 minutes.
Someone needs to step their game up.

This Wendy's will make you lose your appetite. You walk inside and wait for a cashier for more than 5 minutes or sometimes they wont pay attention to you and you'll get frustrated and walkout, its most inefficient Wendy's I have seen to date. I'm pretty patient, I dont care for reviews but I feel like I have to share this its happening on a consistent basis. I will no longer go to this location.

What's evidently becoming the typical fast-food experience of not getting what was ordered. First the wait in the drive-thru was incredible but its come to be expected. Having to repeat my order after being promoted to order was annoying. Made even more so by the fact that they then talked over me before I could finish. The real kicker, and the reason for this review, was being given the wrong sandwich after only ordering three items. Not even a custom order. They remade the sandwich for me and one of the two or three people I spoke to apologized. Not much else to say.

The service was horrible here. I walked in and I was in line ready to order my food as soon as I was about to order the cashier said hold on and proceeded to do other things. Then she started to fix the cash register and ignored me. I waited at least 10min and still no help. So I left the store.

I ordered a strawberry salad at the drive thru. Got home and realized they did not put the dressing with the salad. Lesson learned: always check your stuff even if the drive thru employee starts looking at you weird or making you feel rushed to move your car thru the drive thru line.
