Wendy's, Gainesville FL

Typical fast food experience. Cashier was friendly. They were out of just plain coke, the table was filthy, so I cleaned it myself, and the garbage can was overflowing. Other than these small inconveniences, it was just.okay.

Unprofessional all the way around. Regional manager needs to come visit this store, maybe even do a secret shopper. Extremely long wait times. Workers yelling loudly at each other, cussing at each other. Workers on their phones. Terrible! Embarrassing for Wendy’s! Won’t be back.

Used the mobile app, expected it would be quick since it wasn't peak lunch time. The woman at the counter has her hands all over the food with no gloves. I get to the counter and show my online order, got a who cares look and no response. Was a long wait, a young guy preparing gave me my order since she did not want to help me, he said thank you. Guess he won't be there long, it's not their way to offer and customer service. Please change the oil used for the grill, eight dollar burgers and they taste bad.

Rude, very slow service. Only taking one order at a time at drive thru. Cussing and laughing with each other with window open. Not interested when I tried to complain.

Order was correct. Fries were not crispy but burger had a good flavor except the 2-3 inch hair, I have been nauseous since.

Best of the "big three", in my opinion, for burgers. Dave's classic double with cheese is the benchmark for fast food burgers. And their chili is the PERFECT way to avoid fries! And then there is the Frosty! Nuff said there! Just go.

Had an Amazing breakfast biscuit one morning. Really. Prompted me to try a burger and a chicken sandwich again. I dined in to allow the best chance of fresh not squashed sandwiches. Not sure why they cant get you a hot moist burger or sandwich anymore. Staff was cool and place was clean, it just seems like hardly any bacon or toppings they're advertising are ever on there. Burger just uh, bread dry, hardly any toppings? For 5-10$ it should be enjoyable and as advertised. Come on.

Very slow service this day and was given the wrong order. Did not check (my mistake) because was on lunch hour and wait time (weren't busy at drive thru) plus drive time back to office left me 25 minutes to eat. I know places are about staffed but.

This store is not updating their hours or products that they're out of in the app. I am assuming it's an option to have.

I’ve always worked in food/customer service type jobs, so I know how it is… but I’ve always been under the impression that during store business hours, the store is open and available to make an order. I’ve had plenty of times where I was ready to go home, and there was still a minute left till close, and a customer would walk in and I had to serve them. Telling them we close in a minute would have never been acceptable to my boss and I would have been immediately fired if I tried anything like that. Well, not for Wendy’s on newberry rd! If Wendy’s on newberry road closes in 10-15 minutes, that really means they’re closed now, and aren’t taking orders! Good to know!

Do disappointed. Usually the evening manager makes sure the drive thru meals are correct.our whole meal was wrong. I ordered spicy nuggets and received regular, same for my daughter. Fries were soggy and cold

I got food poisoning from here. I saw through the drive thru window a blonde guy with a beard and mustache who looked like a manager not wearing his mask. His mask was pulled down under his chin. The other employees wore theirs. I’ve now been sick for two days straight. All I ate was a baked potato with cheese and bacon. I feel bad for the employees who probably don’t feel they can ask their mgr to wear his mask. Avoid!

Very clean establishment. Impressed and proud of their managers for kicking out rude people with no consideration of others.

So last week I went their and I order chicken biscuit and egg and cheese biscuit, the chicken was not done it was red from inside and I didn't go back to them because I suppose to be at my work, I call the 1800 numbers and I write my complain to them but no one contact me at all. Never go back again to them (be careful people before you eat make sure the meat is not so you will not get stomach poison) the lady at the window was so bad and disrespect also

This place is the absolute worst. The drive thru sucks and so does the employees working the car windows. It was the longest unnecessary wait. No one was there to take the money then they f up my order. Save yourself and your money and just stay far away from this dump.

Staff that I have dealt with were rude& disrespectful even the guy flipping the burgers had something to say. Will not go back to this one.
