Wendy's, North Miami Beach FL

The food was not good. The fries were stalled. Which I didn't understand because they were busy. Thought at least they were going to be fresh. The whole meal tasted like it's been sitting for a while. Not satisfied

Even though it be alot of customers there the cashier never had gotten into a quarrel with any of the customers

Worst customer service. The person taking my order was too busy talking rather than listening to my order which I repeated 4 times. Then had nerve to say I have an attitude. I left drive thru went into restaurant and advised them I come to this store daily. No attitude but damn if I repeated the order 4 times what were u doing? The manager proceeded to argue with me because I heard the slick comments over the intercom. I will be contacting corporate seems like when the ladies are by themselves service just fails. Also this Store has not had any chocolate frosty for over a month and you ask store employees they can't answer the question. Contacting corporate.reading comments below seems this is a usual occurrence with service in the drive thru. Time to clean house Wendy's 167str.

First time in a long time, I have not had to wait at the order board until the person in front of me gets their food. The drive was actually fast. My son s Wendy's

Rose has a good personality you can hear it in her voice when she takes orders she is in no rush and has a amazing customer service skill thanks rose for listening, being patience, and quick all at once

Per their advertisement the fries were not hot. They were actually burnt. Yet, the young man that took my order was polite.

This is one of the worst Wendy’s i ever been to in south Florida. First of all the door was open and apparently it was supposed to be closed. The line was long so i decided to go to the dining area with my kids. We walked in and the cashier told me they were closed. I explained to them how the door was still open and the assistant manager came to the register and viciously grabbed the money tray just so our order wasn't taken. First of all how is the restaurant “closed” but the door is open? They refused to serve me and gave me horrible service and the assistant manager by the name of “Mary” refused to let the cashier serve me whatsoever and there was a cockroach on the floor. Horrible service and etiquette. My children were traumatized so we went to Miami Grill and their service was so pleasant. DO NOT COME TO THIS WENDYS

The communication of the young ladies was okay. Now the food was disgusting. The fries was cold & hard. The mango so call pineapple lemonade was water down. Which I had 3 drinks. Not too mentioned I came to this Wendy’s because of the one on 125 NW 7th Avenue. The service on the intercom was horrible!

Worse Wendys in the area. The girls have nasty attitudes at the drive thru & that’s not the worse part, mid bite on a chicken sandwich, there was a tail of some.animal? Disgusting, if you’re looking for a last resort for late night food, don’t come to this location, EVER

Slow, Slow, Slow, I ordered a couple of breakfast sandwiches and they didn't have biscuits ready so I said give me croissant, then they didn't have eggs ready. So I waited (13) for an egg to cook. I ended up getting a return back and going to Mickey D.

The employees seré constantely screaming and cursing, and using profanities, I Was eating in the dining

I will be sueing this Wendy’s me and my child are here and ended up in the hospital for food poisoning he is one then my husband ate here the next day and ended up with food poisoning also was throwing up all day and for days didn’t feel well stayed in the hospital for two days so I will be sueinf this Wendy’s for food poisoning

Very please today verse other days that I normally would come at this location. Yoing ladies were well train to remain calm even when I wasn't sure of my order. They mad great suggestions. Keep up the great work and positive attitude
