Wendy's, Melbourne FL

Ordered pickup online and it told me to go to the counter, but the lobby was locked. Order took almost 30 minutes instead of the quoted 15. (This was around 11pmand there was only one car besides us in the drive through) I've taken my kids to Wendy's many times but even they agreed this one did not taste good.
I can't recommend eating here.

For not a lot of places being open late at night for a food frenzy or last minute drive through it's not a bad place to go. Expect a 5m wait time or more with less people working. This was at 11: 55pm mind you.

Friendly, efficient take out service. I had to wait for a couple of minutes at Curbside Pickup, I don't mind at all for my order made right.

The last 5 visits I went into the lobby, Each time I was the only customer in the place. Out of 5 visits being the only customer they got one of my orders correct. I go to this location because in is on my way home at night. I am not sure what is going on with this restaurant, but this location needs serious help. They don't listen to the customer. On each trip I noticed most of the employees were justs chatting with each other. No focus on the customer at all. Now I just use the Palm Bay locations.

UPDATE: 4/27/21 Went in tonight because all other restaurants were extremely busy. Wendy's had not one car in the parking lot, That should have been my red flag again. But without fail they got my order wrong again. I always ask like three times for no onion. There is ZERO customer attention and they don't make eye contact much. What the heck is going on with this Wendy's location. It blows my mind. How hard is it to listen to a customer. All the employees were huddled around the drive thru window, with no one in the drive thru Just joking with each other. They are never busy any more during dinner rush, no surprise as I look all the time. I honestly have to say that if they don't correct whatever is happening, I give them less than a year and they will be gone.

I mean. Its Wendy's so you dont expect much. The older lady that tookour drive thru order was amazing. She was so kind and generous. Tell her shes awesome for us

10 bucks for a single person to eat.not worth it.will not go back unless this is resolved.too expensive for a simple hamburger and fries.they should be ashamed of taking advantage of people during economic hard times.

I do not eat here however my fiance and my son loved it I'm assuming it's good if they continue to go back

Rude staff slow service by far the worst Wendy’s in brevard! This place can’t get an order right spend more time chatting or out by their cars especially at night. If I owned this location I would evaluate and clean house! You need to hire a professional staff rather than the rude foul lowlifes you currently employ.

I like Wendy's. The service is almost always fast and curteaous.
I have tried their new breakfasts and they are good, but not as cheap as McDs. Their morning fries, however, are VERY good.

Use to be a regular at this Wendy's location a year back. But now quality has come down drastically at this Wendy's location. Looks like they are concentrating more on making profits and less on food quality.

Awful, had to wait 10 mins for the car in front of me just to pull up and wait 8 minutes for no one to awnser and take our order I became so fed up I decided to leave. NEVER GO TO THIS WHENDYS

They got my order wrong and then tried to offer me an item I didn't want for the item they charged me for (but I didn't order). My large 3 dollar lemonade was 90% ice. Horrible. What is this, a McDonald's?

The people are this location must be illiterate every time I ask for NO CHEESE I even repeat it I still get cheese. I just got home with 4 singles and ALL FOUR have not just cheese but DOUBLE CHEESE, we don’t eat cheese for health reasons, I guess they would finally listen if we ate it and all got sick and I sued for millions, they understand money loss.

Went through drive thru the food was fresh hot and served quickly. Too bad the staff wasn't as friendly. No Smiles at the drive-thru that day just giving the bag to me quickly when I went to ask a question she stated that already checked it. I was asking for napkins.

The person on the drive thru was very hostile taki6our order. But, management picked up quickly and took over. No apologies and they got a few things wrong in my order.but the damage control was impressive.

Employees are wearing wireless headphones while on clock. Manager is very rude, doesn't handle complaints very well. I ordered 2 jr bacon cheese burgers w/ mayo an cheese only an got that plus everything on the burger.

First time at this location. Very impressed with how clean the restaurant was and everyone was friendly and attentive. Our food did take awhile before we received it; and we were the only inside customers, but all else was good. I had the grilled chicken sandwich for the 1st time and really enjoyed it.

Multiple orders were messed up while there. My drink was wrong. Didn't look like the restroom had been checked in a while.

I usually always use the drive thru and my order is NEVER right. I am either having to go back or call them and get a credit for next time.

Disgusting. Dirty dining room. Not stocked. Strange smell. Worker even insinuated management was lazy. Chicken sandwich was inedible. Fries were late arriving and somehow soggy. I will never return.
